  Goodeveningeveryone!

  DearchancellorMerkel,deputyprimeministerMakai,ladiesandgentlemen,it’smygreathonortospeakintheCeBIT.

  Iremember14yearsago,whenIfirstcametoHannover,ItrytorentasmallboothtoselltheChineseproductstothewestandtotheEurope,That’sbeenalongtimetolookingforthebooth,andatthattimeHannoverwasnotthatprosperious,butthefairwasverysuccessful.

  Itsdifficulttofindthebooth,finally,wegotasmallbooth,butveryfewpeoplefoundus.

  Eightyearsago,wecamebackagain,Wetrytohelpofftheboothtomovethemonline,helpthemtosellonthealibaba,itdidntwork,itgoesthattime,peoplethink,thetradefairandonlineareconflicttoeachother.

  TodayIcomebackagain,ThereasonthatIcomebackagain,istryingtofindtheimportantmissingpartoftheInternetbusiness,Internetinthepast20years,wasprettysuccessful,butonethingthatisverystrangethatIfoundthatveryfewInternetcompaniescansurvivepeacefullyandhealthilyformorethan3years.

  ThatmeansmostoftheInternetcompaniescanonlyhavehoneydays,honeyweeks;theydon’tevenhavehoneymonths,whatistheproblem?

Whereisthemissingpart?

IstronglybelievethatthemissingpartisinEurope.

  Whatisthat?

Whetherwelikeitornot,inthepast20years,theInternethaslargedahugeimpacttothehumanlives,everybodybelievethatInternethasdonegreatthingstothework,andalsolotofthetraditionalbusinesshatetheInternet,becausetheydestroyedtheirbusiness.

  ButwhattherestiswhyInternetcompaniesalwaysworry、worry?

YouseewhetherGoogle,facebook,amazon,eBayandalibaba,allofusworryeveryday.Sowethinkthattheremustbeaproblem,andtheproblemisthatwehavetofindasolution,thathowwecanbeacompanycanlivelongandhealthylikeMercedes-Benze,Siemens.

  Ifanyindustrycantlivemorethan3years,ifallthecompaniescannotlivehappilyfor3years,thisindustrywillneverbecomethemainstream,thisindustrycanneverbecomethedeepeconomy,So,whatwewanttodoisthathowwecanfindthesolution.
