There'salotofstressinajoblikemine.Perhapsthat'swhyIstarreddrinkingmorethanIusedto.Forexample,Iusedtohaveonlyhalfaglassof whisky whenIgothome,thenIstartedfillingtheglasstothetop.ThenIhadanotherglass,andthenanother.Istarted smoking alot,too.Ineverusedtosmokeatall.

   TwomonthsagoIhadaheartattack.AtfirstIjustcouldn'tbelieveit.`I'mtooyoung,'Isaid.Luckilyitwasn'tveryserious.Iwasinhospital.afewdaysandtheydidalotoftests.Thedoctoradvisedmetostopsmokingandtoeatless.Hetoldmetodoalotofotherthings,too.ButIdon'tseehowIcandosomeofthemandkeepmyjob.Forexample,headvised,metoworkless,andgetmoreexercise.ButIjusthavern'tanytime!
