屋面防水方案

一、Sanafil防水系统施工方案Sanafilwaterproofingsystemconstructionmethodstatement

✧施工说明constructiondescription

本项目屋面Sanafil防水系统构造层次为：

压型钢板，0.3mm厚PE膜隔气层，180mm厚岩棉板保温层（岩棉容重：

180kg/m³），1.5mm厚聚酯纤维内增强型PVC防水卷材一道。

✧保温层施工方案Installationprocedurefortheinsulationlayer

◆方案介绍：

introduction:

屋面设置180mm厚岩棉板保温层，岩棉容重选取180kg/m³，分三层铺设，第一层为80mm厚岩棉板，第二、三层为50mm厚岩棉板，错缝铺设。

保温层施工工艺：

固定件选用：

保温层固定件采用岩棉专用高强度、圆形聚丙烯套管（长度8cm-12cm）加高强度、耐酸碱的固定螺钉。

Themechanicalfastener:

thefastenerisanacid-baseproof,highstrengthpolypropylenebolt.

大面保温层铺设方法：

massiveinstallationprocedure:

1、在已铺设完毕的隔气层上铺设岩棉保温板，铺设时上下两层保温板的板缝应错开，板缝错开间距宜大于15cm，同一层的保温板竖向板缝亦应错开，板缝错开间距宜大于30cm，个别部位错开15cm。

2、保温层铺设一定面积后，安排施工人员固定岩棉，每块岩棉固定2个固定件，小于300*300mm的岩棉板可以固定1个固定件，每平米固定件约为3个，固定完毕后套管平面应与岩棉板表面平齐或略高于岩棉板表面1-2mm，检查固定件固定牢靠，确保每个固定件都固定到轻钢板基层上，固定件穿透并深入基层2.5cm。

3、保温层铺设并固定完成后，安排施工人员清扫表面的岩棉碎屑及其他垃圾，准备铺设PVC防水卷材。

✧隔气层及防水层施工工艺：

Ø

屋面基层清理，将屋面残留的垃圾、杂物清扫干净，铺设保温前用扫帚将屋面轻钢板清扫干净。

Cleantheroofbase,cleanoffleftoverwaste,broomshallbeusedtobrushoffdebrisfromroofpanel.

Ø铺设0.3mm厚PE膜隔气层，隔气层搭接缝宽度8-10cm，接缝处用丁基胶带链接。

Theinstallationof0.3mmthickPEdampprooflayer,thedampprooflayeroverlapwidthis8~10cm,theoverlapjointshallbeconnectedbybutylwaterproofadhesivetape.

Ø铺PVC防水卷材，铺设前清扫岩棉保温层上的杂物，卷材铺设方向应平行于屋脊方向。

施工时，首先要进行放线、预铺，把自然疏松的卷材按轮廓布置在基层上，平整顺直，不得扭曲，接头部位，接头相互错开至少30cm，并进行适当的剪裁，屋脊部位的卷材应用不进行裁剪的整幅卷材覆盖，卷材长边搭接宽度为12cm，其中5cm用于固定件的安装6~7cm用于焊接；短边搭接1cm或对接，用150mm宽非复合卷材覆盖。

焊接缝的接合面应擦干净，无水露点，无油污及附着物。

注意：

所有与PVC直接接触的材料不得选用沥青、焦油、柏油、聚苯乙烯和油类等与渗耐PVC防水卷材不相容的材料，与渗耐卷材直接接触的屋面层次及物质，必须在得到渗耐公司的认可后方可施工。

一旦选用了与渗耐PVC不相容的物质，必须采取清除或隔离措施！

Note:

防水卷材的铺设installationofwaterproofmembrane

机械固定法施工时，卷材纵向搭接宽度为120mm，其中的50mm用于固定件（金属垫片和螺钉）的应用，短边搭接1cm或对接，用150mm宽非复合卷材覆盖。

轻钢屋面防水卷材固定件的间距按照计算所得，用电动螺丝刀将固定螺钉旋入钢板层，并进入不小于20mm。

⏹本工程固定件加密区宽度不小于屋面短边长度的十分之一，且不能小于1.5m。

加密区固定件间距取0.94米×0.25米，非加密区固定件间距取1.88米×0.4米。

本工程屋面原轻钢板厚度<0.8mm，所以卷材的固定件有部分应固定在屋面结构檩条上，以增加防水层的牢固性、安全性及抗风揭能力

防水层固定件采用配套岩棉层使用的高强度、方形聚丙烯套管（长度8cm-12cm）加高强度、耐酸碱的固定螺钉。

Thewaterproofmembranefastenerisandesignedforrockwoolinstallation,acid-baseproof,highstrengthpolypropylenebolt,length8~12cm.

Ø防水细部处理detailtreatment

⏹卷材收口：

按照细部构件的形状，用PVC卷材包裹，卷材包裹有难度的，不能保证防水效果的，应用西卡液体卷材涂刷，并且与pvc卷材搭接100mm，密封膏密封。

Edgetreatment:

accordingtotheshapeofthestructure,tocovertheexposedpartswithPVCmembrane,ifitisnotpossibletocoverwithPVCmembrane,itshallbepaintedwithSikaliquidmembrane,andoverlappedwithPVCmembrane,sealedwithmastic.

阴阳角处理：

阴阳角处以焊接法增铺附加卷材，附加卷材按各处形状折叠、裁剪后焊接。

Cornertreatment:

additionalPVCmembraneshallbeweldedatthecorner,theadditionalPVCmembraneshallbefoldedtofitthecornerandaccordinglywelded.

屋面天沟处理Roofguttertreatment

施工步骤：

Constructionsteps

1）、清理天沟内的垃圾、杂物，重点清理落水口及阴角部位；cleanoffwasteranddebrisleftintheroofgutter,mainlycleanofthedownspotandnegativecorner.

2）、在天沟底部与两侧铺设PE膜隔气层；placethePUdampprooflayerattheraingutterbottomandsidesurface.

3）、在天沟底部与两侧铺设40mm或50mm厚岩棉保温板；layinginthe40mmor50mmthickrockwoolinsulationpaneltothebottomandsidesurfaceofraingutter.

4）、将卷材沿天沟底部宽度，通长铺设，在两侧阴角位置增加U型压条，固定卷材，与大面相连的一侧立面，卷材收于屋面板下部，女儿墙一侧收于泛水板下册1cm处，收口位置涂膜密封胶。

LayingdownthePVCmembranealongtheraingutter,applyUtypefixingtripatthenegativecorner,tofixthemembrane,attheroofpanelsidethemembraneshallbefoldedunderroofpanel.Attheparapetside,thewaterproofmembraneshallbeclosedat1cmbelowthecapping,sealedwithsealant.

Ø防水层施工质量标准及检测验收constructionqualitystandard,inspectionandacceptanceforthewaterprooflayer.

PVC防水卷材PVCwaterproofmembrane

宽幅PVC防水卷材其施工质量除严格按照国家及地方的屋面防水规范执行，卷材焊接时，焊嘴与焊接方向成45。

角，压辊与焊嘴平行并保持约5mm左右距离，滚压不宜过快。

WidePVCwaterproofmembrane,itsconstructionqualityshallstrictlyfollownationalandlocalroofwaterproofstandard,duringtheweldingofmembrane,theweldingbuttshallbe45degreetotheweldingdirection,therollerandweldingbuttshallbeparallelandwithadistancefor5mm.

使用焊嘴宽20mm的小焊嘴施焊，一般为两道，焊接温度控制在第6档，每道焊接有效宽度为15mm～20mm。

ifasmallerweldingbuttisadopted（20mmwide）,twotimesweldingshallbemade,theweldingtemperatureshallbesettolevel6,thevalidweldingwidthis15mm~20mm.

使用焊嘴宽40mm的大焊嘴施焊宜为一道，焊接温度控制在第7档，焊接有效宽度为25mm。

ifabiggerweldingbuttisadopted（40mmwide）,oneweldingisacceptable,theweldingtemperatureshallbesettolevel7,weldingwidthis25mm.

焊接要求：

应在焊前预焊一道，宽度不宜过宽，使施焊时热风不至于溢出而影响施焊质量。

焊接边缘应有熔浆溢出，但不得出现烧焦现象。

Weldingrequirement:

pre-weldingisrequired,widthshallnotbebigandlimitedtoensuretheweldinghotairisnotspreadingouttoaffectweldingquality.ThePVCmembraneshouldbemeltedbutnotburned.

检测方法如下：

1、

自动焊机焊接：

焊机温度为500～550℃，焊接速度为1.8m～2.5m/min.具体情况视现场的条件（温度、湿度）而定。

自动焊机由专人专门进行操作。

theweldingtemperatureshallbe500~559degree,weldingspeedshallbe1.8m~2.5m/Minute,dependonsitecondition（temperature/humidity）.Theautomaticweldingmachineshouldbeoperatedbynominatedperson.

2、手工焊接：

焊枪温度控制在250～450℃之间，焊接速度1.0～1.5m/min,焊接时用手动压辊压实，随焊随压。

Handwelding:

weldingtemperatureis250~450degree,weldingspeedis1~1.5m/minute,thehandrollershallbeusedwhilewelding,tosqueezetheweldingjoint.

3、焊缝质量检测方法：

目测、机械检测。

Weldingqualitytestmethod:

eyeballing/machinicaltest

目测：

焊接缝不允许有发黄、烧焦现象，焊缝边缘光滑，有均匀发亮的熔浆出现；

Eyeballing:

weldingjointshallnotbeburnedorchangetoyellowcolor,theweldingjointshallbesmooth,andthePVCisuniformlymelted.

机械检测：

用平口螺丝刀或勾针沿焊缝稍微

用力挑试，检查有无漏焊点、虚焊点。

如

发现缺陷应及时修补；

Mechanicaltest:

usetheflatscrewdriverorpaperclipstopickslightly,tocheckifanylooseweldingornoneweldedpoint.Itshallbeimmediatelyfixedifany.

四、施工保护protectionduringconstruction

1、施工过程中应严格注意，避免固定件或其它尖锐物损坏材料。

Itisstrictlyrequiredtopayattention,toavoidanycut（tomembrane）bysharpthings.

2、防水施工完毕，应有专人检查，如有损坏点应及时补焊。

Oncethewaterproofmembraneinstallationfinished,thereshouldbenominatedpersonforinspectionandtest,itshallberepairedifanydamage.

3、后序其他安装工作应对屋面防水层采取有利的保护措施。
