  1.LearntoValueSimplicityTheaimoflifeshouldnotbetoaccumulateasmanypossessionsandasmuchwealthaspossible.Weshouldlearntobecontentwithwhatwehaveandappreciatethebenefitsofsimplicity.Forexample,ifweclearoutourunnecessaryclutterwewillachieveagreaterfeelingofspaceandfreedom.

  Ifyoufeelhappinessisdirectlyrelatedtomaterialpossessions,youaremakingamistake.Happinesscanbegainedjustthroughbeingcontentwithasmallamountofpossessions.Ourinnerwealthisnotjustaboutwhatwehave,butwhatwearecontenttolivewithout.

  3.MinimizeMoneyWorriesWewillbehappiestifwecanmakemoneyasmallpartofourlives,andthinkaboutmoneyissuesaslittleaspossible.Tobeabletodothisweneedtoavoidcreatingsituationsofdebtasgettingoutofdebtcanbedifficultandstressful.Learntolivewithinyourmeansbyavoidingimpulsiveoverspending.Ifyoudoneedtogointodebt,planaheadandfindaloanwhichisclearandmanageabletorepay.
