全球化是当今世界发展的最重要趋势,全球化的影响无所不及,涉及政治、经济、文化等各个方面。

世人已强烈地感受到全球化浪潮的震撼,全球化正改变着世界。

高度关注全球化的影响,积极主动地迎接全球化的挑战,趋利避害,是我们唯一正确的选择。

1.Introduction

Thetermglobalizationisaconcept,butalsoaprocessofdevelopmentofhumansocietyphenomenon.Therearemanydefinitionsofglobalization;intheusualsenseglobalizationreferstogrowinggloballinkages,humanlifeonaglobalscaleonthebasisofdevelopmentandtheriseofglobalconsciousness.Inthepoliticalandeconomictradedependoneachotherforexistencebetweencountries.Globalizationoftheworldcanalsobeinterpretedasacompressionandtheworldasawhole.Afterthe1990s,withtheforcesofglobalizationimpactonhumansocietylevelexpansion,hasgraduallyattractednationalpolitics,education,socialandculturaldisciplinesattention,havecausedresearchboom.Forthe"globalization"ofperceptionisgoodorbad,isstillamatterofopinion.

2．NothingLessThantheImpactofGlobalization

Whatisglobalization?

Academicconnotationandextensionoftheconceptsofaralthoughthereisnouniformdefinitionofaccurate,butpeoplefromreallifestronglyfelttheshockwaveofglobalization.Globalizationischangingtheworld.Mostpeoplethink:

Globalizationreferstothegoods,capital,production,technology,informationandothercross-bordermovementoffactorsofproductionunderconditionsofaccelerateddevelopment,theformationoftheglobalmarketeconomyfurther,thestateandotherpoliticalforcesemergeintegrationandrestructuring,betweencountriescontactsandinteractionsgreatlyenhancethefullrangeofobjectivesocialhistoricalprocess.

TheearliestproponentsofglobalizationundoubtedlythinkingofMarx,inhis150yearsago,"TheCommunistManifesto"andproposedthedevelopmentofcapitalismmustformtheworldmarketsthought.Globalizationthoughtsaretrulymodernsenseisproposedandtobefullydiscussedinrecentdecadesthing.Trulyglobalsignificanceofglobalizationanditstheoreticalresearchshouldhaveatleaststartedinthelate20thcentury,itsiconiceventwastheadventofthenewtechnologicalrevolution,themarketeconomyintheglobalscopeoftheestablishment,theformationofglobalissuesandexpansionoftheglobalcommonsensetheriseandstrengthening,etc.Itisnotonlyinpractice,greatlyacceleratedtheprocessofglobalization,andenhancetheinfluenceofglobalization,andintheoryalsodeepenpeople'sunderstandingofglobalization,scholarsfrompoliticalscience,economics,history,culturalstudiesandsociologyperspectiveofdifferentdisciplinestoinvestigateandresearchtopicsofglobalization,andcontinuetostrengthenthelinksbetweendifferentdisciplinesandcooperation.

Inastudyontheimpactofglobalization,filledwithavarietyofopposingviews,itwasasthegospelofglobalization,whileothersbelievethatitisadisaster;someonelookatitasawayoutofmankind,peoplewillseeitasourtrap.Foritsadvantagesanddisadvantages,harmonyandconflicttheory,optimismandpessimismLaunchedinafiercedebate.Harmonysawtheglobalizationofworldpolitics,economicandculturalaspectsofdevelopmentbroughtaboutpositivechanges,whileignoringthepolitical,economicandculturalglobalizationontheworldtobringnewconflictsandnewcompetition,showingoverlyoptimistic.Thenewconflictsandnewcompetitiontheorypointofview,theyareconcernedaboutglobalizationandnationalismamongcivilizationsconflictscausedbyNorth-Southeconomicdisparitiescausedbythedeteriorationofrelations,nationaltechnologicalandeconomiccompetitionintheleadingroleissuesontheinternationalpolitical,economicandculturalaspectsconstitutenewchallenges,theseobservationsareundoubtedlyreasonablefactors,asnewconflictsandnewperspectivesofcompetitiontendtohaveexaggeratedtheconflictalsohasitsone-sidedness.

Fromtheperspectiveofobjectivereality,theprocessofglobalizationisindeedanessentiallyfullofcontradictionsinherentintheprocess,itisareasonableparadox:

itcontainsthetrendofintegration,whilecontainingseparatisttendency;bothsingle,therearediverse,bothcentralizationanddecentralizationisnotonlyinternational,butalsolocalized[1].Twotrendsinthelong-termcoexistenceofcontradictorytangle,andjointlypromotetheprocessofglobalization.Andthesetwotrendsarestrengthening,sotheimpactofglobalizationdebate,optimismandpessimismareoftenevenlymatched.Inthedebateontheimpactofglobalizationarisingfromavarietyofperspectives,havesomeconstructiveatthesametimemoreorlesshassomeflaws.Viewofoptimismandpessimismarenotabletoexplainallaspectsoftheimpactofglobalization,onlyadheretotheviewofdialecticalmaterialism,andcantheimpactofglobalizationtogetamorecomprehensiveunderstanding.

Globalizationisachievedbyvariouselementsintheworldeachflow.Liquidityisthebasicdrivingforceoftheprocessofglobalization,butalsoitsfundamentalcausesproduceeffects.Especiallyinthelasttenyears,theworldwideflowofthevariouselementsoftheacceleratingprocessofglobalizationalongwithgrowth,expansionanddeepening,butavarietyoffactorsbeyondtheeconomicspherebutalsoembeddedintotheglobalizationfactormobility,resultinginimpactholisticandcomprehensivesexualincreasinglyapparent.Thistrendisreflectedinmanyaspects:

theeconomicfield,theinternationaleconomicelementssuchasinternationalcommodity,internationalservices,internationalcapital,internationalfinancialflowsunprecedentedacceleration;inscienceandtechnology,therapidprogressofscienceandtechnology,thenewandrapidlyemergingscienceandtechnologyintoapplications,internationaltechnologyflowsaccelerated;intheculturalfield,theuniversalspreadofgreatimportancetoideologicalandculturaltransmission,infiltrationcontrol,ideologicalandculturalproducts,andpoliticalphilosophy,ideologyconcepts,basicvalues,behavior,ethics,waysofthinking,etc.arealsoacceleratingflow,socialandculturalstructurewillbeconstantlyupdated;inthepoliticalsphere,diversificationofinternationalrelations,internationalissues,diversificationaccelerated;inthemilitaryfield,militarytechnology,weaponsproliferationaccelerated;inthesecurityfield,securityissuesgeneralization,interferencestrengtheninternationalintervention,whichareisagloballiquidityexpansionandexpression.Therefore,globalizationitselfisacomplexsocialandhistoricalphenomena,includingthemanyaspectsanddimensions.

Globalizationisanirreversibleobjectivehistoricalprocessisthemostimportantfeatureofcontemporarysociety,oneofthediscussionsontheissueofglobalizationisthecurrentworld'smostcompellingtopics.Globalization"ontheimpactofthechangeswearenotlimitedtoaparticularregionoftheworld,butextendstoalmosteverycorneroftheworld"[2].Nothinglessthantheimpactofglobalizationintoday,wecannolongerignoretherapiddevelopmentofglobalizationanditsimpactonthesurvivalandfutureofourenormousimpact.Hereglobalizationoftheworldeconomy,theimpactofthepoliticalandculturalspherestomakesomespecificanalysis.

3．TheImpactofGlobalizationontheEconomy

Globalization,mostintuitive,economicglobalizationintheeconomicfieldis.Themostcommonmeaningofeconomicglobalization,theglobalizationofeconomicactivityexpansionandglobalizationofcontactisthecapital,resources,information,trade,globalsharingandoptimized.Globalizationoriginsintheunlimitedexpansionofcapital.Capitalasasocialforce,alwaysinconstantcirculation,movement,towardwherethehighestrateofreturn,regional,nationalboundariesandcannotbelimitedtocapitalexpansionandboundaries.Fromtheinnernature,thecapitalisanaturalopencampandtheinternationalschool.Capitalistmodeofproductionbasedonmarketallocationofresourcesasthecore,thepursuitofprofitmaximization.Toachievethisgoal,wemustcontinuetobreakthroughtheblockadeofthenation-stateofthemarketandcontrolthedifferentcountriesandtheregion'seconomicactivityinaccordancewiththeprinciplesofmarket-orientedoperationandintegration,andconstantlyopenuptheinternationalmarket.Forthehistoryofcapitalism,globalizationisthestartingpointofthehistoryofcapitalism,butalsotheinevitablestageofdevelopment.Globalizationofthecapitalistmodeofproduction,scienceandtechnologytogethertotheworldatthesametime,getadoubleeffect.
