摘要

推行现代学徒制是我国职业教育人才培养的重要探索。

通过实施现代学徒制，将加强校企合作，改善人才培养与行业、企业需求脱节的状况，强化学生适应岗位所需的能力与素质。

不管是何种人才培养模式，课程与教学才是核心与关键所在，尤其是课程。

推动基千现代学徒制的课程改革，是推动人才培养模式落地，促进现代学徒制在职业教育改革与发展中逐步深化的重要途径。

当前现代学徒制专业课程改革首先要解决课程内容的选择标准和课程内容结构化两个问题。

本文认为，基千现代学徒制的课程改革，要将培养学生的职业能力作为基本的目标，以校企合作开发为主要方式，以工作过程为课程内容的基本来源，以实现校企双元协同培养为基本形式，以项目为主要呈现方式，突出尊重现代工作特征、学生学习规律与现代职业教育发展的基本特征。

本文作者结合自身参与课程改革的实际情况，以C学院推动基千现代学徒制的高职课程改革为例，大量查阅文献，梳理国内外现代学徒制的发展，研究了现代学徒制的特点，探讨现代学徒制课程改革理论基础与现实问题，并为职业教育课程改革提出针对性建议。

论文共分为四个部分，除前言外，第二部分为基千现代学徒制的课程改革的理论分析，讨论了课程改革的内容、特征与思路。

第三部分为案例，通过分析现代学徒制在航空服务专业实施的背景、具体实施措施以及取得的成效。

通过分析航空服务专业课程改革与人才培养服务的实践过程，深入分析基千现代学徒制人才培养模式课程改革的具体内容，呈现基千现代学徒制的课程体系、课程结构、课程内容以及资源建设的创新成果。

在理论研究、典型案例分析以及反思相结合的基础上，第四部分从设计思路、校企合作、培养模式、师资队伍以及资源建设等五个方面提出了现代学徒制课程改革的思路与对策建议。

ABSTRACT

CarryingoutmodemapprenticeshipsystemisanimportantexplorationofvocationaleducationpersonneltraininginChina.Theimplementationofmodemapprenticeshipsystemwillstrengthenschool-enterprisecooperation,improvethedisconnectionbetweentalenttrainingandtheneedsoftheindustryandenterprises,andstrengthentheabilityandqualityofstudentstoadapttothejob.Nomatterwhatkindoftalentcultivationmode,curriculumandteachingisthecoreandkey,especiallythecurriculum.Promotingthecurriculumreformbasedonmodernapprenticeshipsystemisanimportantwaytopromotetheimplementationoftalenttrainingmodeandpromotethegradualdeepeningofmodemapprenticeshipsysteminthereformanddevelopmentofvocationaleducation.

Atpresent,thecurriculumreformofmodemapprenticeshipmustfirstsolvetwoproblems:

theselectionstandardofcurriculumcontentandthestructureofcurriculumcontent.Thispaperarguesthatbasedonthemodernapprenticeshipinthecurriculumreform,tocultivatethestudents'vocationalabilityasthebasicgoal,inuniversity-enterprisecooperationdevelopmentasthemainway,inordertoworkprocessisthebasicsourceofcoursecontent,inordertorealizethedualsynergybetweencollegestrainingasthebasicform,theprojectasthemainrepresentation,highlighttherespectofmodernworkingcharacteristics,students'learningandthebasiccharacteristicsofmodernvocationaleducationdevelopment.

Inthispaper,theauthorcombiningtheactualsituation,toparticipateinthecurriculumreformitselftoCcollegetopromotehighervocationalcurriculumreformbasedonthemodemapprenticeshipasanexample,alargenumberofliterature,combingthedevelopmentofmodernapprenticeship,bothathomeandabroadtostudythecharacteristicsofmodemapprenticeship,discussmodemapprenticeshipcurriculumreformtheoreticalfoundationandrealisticproblems,andputforwardcorrespondingproposalsforthereformofvocationaleducationcurriculum.

Thepaperisdividedintofourparts,inadditiontothepreface,thesecondpartisbasedonthetheoreticalanalysisofmodemapprenticeshipcurriculumreform,discussesthecontent,characteristicsandideasofcurriculumreform.Thethirdpartisacasestudy,throughtheanalysisofmodernapprenticeshipinaviationserviceprofessionalimplementationofthebackground,specificimplementationmeasuresandresults.Byanalyzingthepracticeprocessofcurriculumreformandpersonneltrainingserviceofaviationservicespecialty,thispaperanalyzesthespecificcontentofcurriculumreformbasedonmodemapprenticeship,andpresentstheinnovativeachievementsofcurriculumsystem,curriculumstructure,curriculumcontentandresourceconstructionbasedonmodemapprenticeship.Onthebasisoftheoreticalresearch,typicalcaseanalysisandreflection,thefourthpartputsforwardtheideasandcountermeasuresofmodemapprenticeshipcurriculumreformfromfiveaspects,includingdesignideas,school-enterprisecooperation,trainingmode,teachingstaffandresourceconstruction.
