PcVue中IEC60870操作说明

OverviewofIEC60870-5-104andtheSupervisor

IEC60870-5-104isacommunicationstandardfortelecontrolparticularlyforthepowergenerationanddistributionmarket.ItisamasterslaveprotocoloperatingoverTCP/IP.InthecaseoftheSupervisor,itisthemasterandthefielddevicesaretheslaves.Bothpollingandunsoliciteddataexchangearesupported.Ingeneral,pollingisonlyusedatstartuptocollecttheinitialstateofslaves.Afterthatdataiscollectedfromaslavewhenitchanges.

∙AnIEC60870-5-104networkhasDevices,SectorsandInformationObjects.

∙ADevicecaneitherbeadataconcentrator,collectingtogetherseveraldiscreteSectors,oritcanhaveintegratedSectors.OftenaDevicewillonlyhaveoneSectormakingtheDeviceandSectorsynonymous.EachDeviceisidentifiedonthenetworkbyitsTCP/IPaddress.

∙ASectoristypicallyapieceofcontrolequipmentwithoneormoreInformationObjects-forexampleacircuitbreaker.

∙InformationObjectsrepresentthephysicalinputsandoutputs.ThetypesofInformationObjectthatareavailableisstrictlycontrolledbytheIEC60870-5-104specification.EachtypehasacorrespondingASDU（ApplicationServiceDataUnit）whichdefinesthestructure,typeandformatofmessages.

Addinganetwork

1.SelecttheIEC60870-5-104folderintheApplicationExplorerand,fromthetasklist,selectNewNetwork.TheIEC60870-5-104Networkdialogopens.Showpicture

2.IntheNametextbox,enterthenameofthenetwork.ThisisthenamebywhichthenetworkwillbeknownintheSupervisor.Youcanacceptthesuggesteddefaultorenteroneofyourown.

3.Enteradescriptionofthenetwork.ThedescriptionappearsinthecontentspaneoftheApplicationExplorerandcanbeusefultoidentifythenetworkatalaterdate.Thedescriptionisoptional.

4.Ifyouareconfiguringamulti-stationapplicationselecttheListofproducers.Thenetworkwillonlybeactivatedandvaluesgeneratedforvariableonthosestationsnamedinthatlist.

5.ToactivatethenetworkconnectionwhenthePCisstarted,tickActivateatstart-up.

6.ClickonOKtoconfirmtheconfigurationandclosethedialog.

TheTracestab 

TheTracestabisusedtoenabledebuggingtracesintheeventofanyproblemswiththenetwork.Onlyusethisifadvisedtodosobyyoursupportagency.

AddingSectorstoaIEC60870-5-104Device

AsectorobjectintheSupervisor'sconfigurationrepresents,andprovidesaccessto,aphysicalIEC60870-5-104sector.Asectornormallyrepresentsapieceofdiscretecontrolequipment（forexampleacircuitbreaker）andisconnectedtothenetworkviaadevice.Sometimesasectorcanbephysicallypartofadevice.

OnaIEC60870-5-104networkasectorisidentifiedbyitsCommonaddress.IntheSupervisoritisknownbytheNamethatyougiveitduringtheconfiguration.
