首先我希望问大家一个问题：

“怎样才能成功呢？

”。

是的，你必须刻苦努力才能成功。

　　们都知道，在任何一个领域，能攀上事业高峰的人未必都是天赋过人的人，而是努力并且倍

　　加努力的人。

　　当然，要使刻录努力真正得到回报，你必须提高工作效率。

现说明如下：

第一，就是树立目标。

你必须有努力的方向，尽早的树立目标，接着全力

　　以付去实现。

　　第二，就是合理安排时间。

艰难的工作不是随意应付就可以的，要作出成效，

　　就必须持之以恒。

例如，你想成为一个经验丰富的工程师，那你就必须牺牲很多的闲暇时间

　　去学习，不断的积累。

　　第三，就是一步一个脚印。

不要想一步登天，每一个阶段能比上一个阶段有百

　　分之一的进步就可。

　　第四，就是勤于回顾。

你可以经常的问自己，我有什么弱点吗？

如果有，就试

　　图的发现并努力认识自己的劣势，力图明天做得更好。

最后一点就是犒劳自己。

不管你忙到什么程度，只要取得一点成绩，就犒劳犒劳自己，。

　　例如，你完成了当天规定的工作，你可以去看一场电影，或者和朋友们一起出去聚餐，这样

　　的一个奖励会激励你更加努力的工作。

女士们，先生们，我们都知道，工作就是给我们提供发现自我的机会。

如果你把努力工

　　作看成是惩罚，那怎么能达到你的目标呢？

女士们，先生们，刻苦努力的过程确实充满了困难、挫折和痛苦，甚至有时候会想到放

　　弃，但是我们相信，每一次的挫折都会给我们带来新的收获。

刻苦努力才是通向成功的必由之路。

女士们，先生们，让我们相信我们的愿望，相信我们自己，为我们自己，为我们的公司

　　的繁荣，更为了我们的国家的富强继续努力，再努力吧！

这也是我准备这次演讲的中心含义
