Sleepingalargemoreorlessthanusual,orexperiencing insomnia.

Unusualweightgainorloss,overeating,orappetiteloss.

Findingthinkingor concentrating difficult,“foggy”thinking,inabilitytomakecleardecisionsorforgetfulness.

Pessimism,orfeelingasensethatlifeishopeless,pointlessandfutile.Thismayevenleadtoafeelingofnumbness.

Bodypains, cramps,digestiveproblems,headaches,andotherachesthatdon’tgoawaywithmedicationortreatment.Thesemayappear“fornoreason”.

Beingirritable orrestlessagreatdealofthetime.

Suicidalthoughts,thoughtsaboutdying,orattemptsatsuicide.
