Theworstproblemisdoingmylaundry.TheLaundromatisfarfrommyapartment,andIwastemuchvaluabletime.Ialsohavetroublewiththecomplicatedinstructions,sooccasionallyIendupwithpinksocksorashirtthatistoosmall.MostlyIamembarrassedasIsitintheLaundromatwithallthewomen,andsoIwaituntilallmyclothesaredirtybeforeIdothishorribletask.

Groupsareasgoodorbadastheindividualswhomakethemup.Crowds,ontheotherhand,areentirelydifferentfromtheirindividualmembers.Whilegroupscanactintelligentlyandexerciseasenseofresponsibility,crowdsarechaoticandincapableofintelligentactions.Menandwomeninagroupcanthink;thoseinacrowdlosealltheirrationality.Crowds,unlikegroups,aresubjecttoherd-poisoning.
