贸易术语也被称为价格术语或者交货方式,是国际贸易单价重要的构成部分,代表了买卖双方的具体义务划分。

Here“unitprice”referstoasingleunitofmeasureofaproductsoldinmoreorlessthanthesingleunit.Unitpriceisacommonformofvaluationinsalescontractforgoodssoldinbulkpurchasing.

Ingredient:

2.Thistermmeansthatthesellerdeliverswhenthegoodspasstheships’railatthenamedportofshipment.

这个术语是指卖方在制定的装运港把货物送过船舷后交付。
