1.对加工形状简单的工件,编程比较快捷简便2.不需要具有特别的条件3.不适合编制形状复杂的工件。

10.手工编程的步骤有哪些?

答:

零件图样—确定工艺过程—计算加工轨迹尺寸—编写加工程序—校核—输入机床—校验试切削—完成

11.常见的工艺文件有哪些?

答:

加工工序卡、数控刀具调整单、机床调整单、零件加工程序单等。
