Nano-materialsinthestructure,photoelectricandchemicalnatureoftheattractivefeatures,fromphysicists,materialsscientistsandchemistsgreatinterest.Theearly1980stheconceptofanano-materials,theworldofgreatconcerntosuchmaterial.Itistheuniquephysicalandchemicalproperties,sothatpeoplemaybeawareofittothedevelopmentofphysics,chemistry,materials,biology,medicineandotherdisciplinesbringnewopportunitiesforresearch.Nano-materialsapplicationprospectsarebright.Inrecentyears,inthefieldofchemicalproductionhasalsobeenacertainamountofapplications,anddemonstrateditsuniquecharm.
1.Intheapplicationofcatalysts
Inmanychemicalcatalystinthefieldofplayadecisiverole,itcanbecontrolledresponsetimeandimprovetheefficiencyofreactionandreactionspeed.Mostofthetraditionalcatalystnotonlybylowefficiency,anditspreparationistousetheirexperience,notonlycausedthetremendouswasteofrawmaterialsproduction,toimproveeconomicefficiency,butalsocausedpollutiontotheenvironment.Nanoparticlessurfaceactivesites,asthecatalystforittoprovidethenecessaryconditions.Nanoparticlesinacatalyst,cangreatlyimprovetheefficiencyofreaction,thereactionspeedcontrol,andeventheoriginalcannotbethereactioncanbecarriedout.Nanoparticlescatalystforthereactionthanthenormalspeedofthecatalyst10to15times.
NanoparticlesApplicationmoreasacatalystforthesemiconductorphotocatalyst,especiallyintheareasoforganicmatter.Dispersedinthesolutionofeachofasemiconductorparticles,similartoashort-circuitasamicro-battery,withenergythanthebandgapsemiconductor-raysscatteredinthesemiconductor,semiconductornanoparticlesabsorbedlightfromelectronic-holeright.Intheelectricfield,electronicsandholeseparation,weremovedtothesurfaceofparticlesdifferentlocations,andsimilarcomponentsinthesolutionbyoxidationandreductionreactions.
Photocatalyticreactiontothereactionofmanytypes,suchasalcoholandhydrocarbonoxidation,andoxidation-reductionofinorganicions,organiccatalytichydrogenationanddehydrogenationofaminoacidsynthesis,nitrogenfixationreaction,waterpurificationtreatment,water-gasshift,andsoon,someofwhicharedifficulttoheterogeneouscatalysisrealize.HeterogeneousPhotocatalysissemiconductorcatalystcaneffectivelydegradeorganicpollutantsinwater.NanoTiO2,forexample,bothhighphotocatalyticactivity,butalsoAcidandBasicResistance,lightstable,non-toxicandinexpensiveeasytoget,wasthecatalystlight-loadthebestchoice.Thearticlehasreportedthatthesilicagelusedforthesubstrate,thesystemhadahighercatalyticactivityTiO/SiO2-SupportedCatalysts.NiCuorZncompoundofanano-particles,someoforganiccompoundsonthehydrogenationreactionisanexcellentcatalyst,canbeasubstituteforexpensiveplatinumcatalystorbutton.Nano-platinumandethyleneoxidecatalystsenablethereactiontemperaturefromroomtemperatureto600℃.Nanoparticlesusedascatalystimprovetheefficiencyofreaction,thereactionpathoptimization,thereactionrateincreasedresearchinthefieldsofscienceandth
