下穿京哈高速公路边坡防护工程施工方案
1.编制依据及目的
1.1.编制依据
1、辽宁省交通厅“关于同意锦赤铁路下穿京沈高速设计方案的函”(辽交建[2012]147号);
2、《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTJ041-2000);
3、《公路路基施工技术规范》(JTJF10-2006);

1.2.编制范围及目的
1.2.1.编制范围
新建锦州至赤峰铁路GK13+170~GK13+270段下穿京哈高速公路卜家店大桥线路右侧边坡防护施工,以及左侧与既有沈山铁路并行路基施工。
1.2.2.目的
为了保证施工现场安全施工,控制和减少施工现场的安全风险,并持续改进安全业绩,确保京哈高速公路、沈山铁路既有设备使用、行车安全及施工人员人身安全,坚决杜绝行车危险性及以上责任事故,特编制此专项施工方案。
2.工程概况及施工特点
2.1.基本情况
新建锦赤线GK13+170至GK13+270段线路双线并行下穿京哈高速公路卜家店2号墩和3号桥台,左侧与既有沈山铁路并行,GK13+180~GK13
段右侧压占部分桥台锥坡,卜家店大桥是京沈高速公路跨沈山铁+240.
路分离式立交桥,2号墩为柱式墩基础,3号桥台为桩基承台基础,锥坡采用0.3m厚M7.5浆砌片石护坡防护,下设0.1m厚砂砾垫层,锥坡基础采用M7.5浆砌片石砌筑,高0.9m,宽0.8m。
本段路基主要以挖方方式通过,挖方最深约0.8m,右侧压占桥台锥坡部分采用挡土墙外设置两排旋喷桩,旋喷桩中心线平行新建铁路中线,桩心距离线路右侧中心线7.99m,旋喷桩桩径0.6m,桩间距0.52m,旋喷桩交圈宽度0.3m(桩与桩咬合厚度0.08m),桩长7.0m,桩顶高于挡土墙2.0m,桩底高程低于挡墙趾高程2.0m。
GK13+180~GK13+240段右侧设置3.0m高C35片石混凝土路堑挡土墙,挡土墙胸坡率为1:
0.30,背坡坡率1:
0.25,底坡坡率为0.2:
1,基础埋置深度为路肩以下1.5m,墙背设置0.5m厚砂夹卵石反滤层。
挡土墙、边坡平台及侧沟平台沿线路纵向每隔10~15m设置伸缩缝一道,缝宽0.02m,挡土墙缝内沿墙的内、外、顶三边填塞沥青麻筋,挡土墙路肩以上部分每隔2~3m上下左右交错设置Φ100mm的泄水孔,泄水孔采用PVC管,PVC管进水口处设0.3m×0.3m的透水土工布(400g/m)包裹。
22.2.工程地质情况
本段路基范围内地层主要为第四系人工填筑土、冲洪积粉质黏土、细圆砾土,下伏基岩为白垩系下统泥岩,工程范围内无对工程有影响的地质构造。
2.3.水文情况
地下水主要为第四系潜水,地下水位在地面下2~3.5m,PH=6.71~7.2
3,SO=121.0~176.8mg/L,Mg,侵蚀性46mg/L~=11.72+2-4.
CO=2.2~24.6Mg/L,地下水对混凝土具二氧化碳侵蚀,环境作用等级2均为H1级。
2.4.与既有线相对位置及现场地形
详见施工平面图。
