以下这些题目选自宝洁八大题,但是它们实际上具有非常普遍的代表性,基本包含了外企公司所要考核的全部内容。

英文的行为面试访谈问题,每个题目往往都包含着一个主要的考察意图。

比如有的题目考查创新能力,有的题目考查团队精神,有的考察领导能力。

这些考察意图会非常明显地在题目本身的KeyWords中表现出来。

所以,在回答这种问题时,你的答案描述应侧重”What-S(situation).T(task).A(action).R(result)-KeyWords描述法“中的KeyWords.
