以下这些题目选自宝洁八大题，但是它们实际上具有非常普遍的代表性，基本包含了外企公司所要考核的全部内容。

如果读者感兴趣的是一家比较著名的外企公司，或者是一家相当不错的国内公司，请务必仔细准备下面这八大题目。

英文的行为面试访谈问题，每个题目往往都包含着一个主要的考察意图。

比如有的题目考查创新能力，有的题目考查团队精神，有的考察领导能力。

这些考察意图会非常明显地在题目本身的KeyWords中表现出来。

所以，在回答这种问题时，你的答案描述应侧重”What-S（situation）.T（task）.A（action）.R（result）-KeyWords描述法“中的KeyWords.
