具有独立法人资格，同时具备省级交通主管部门核发的二类（乙级）和三类（乙级）公路养护资质。

possessingthequalificationofindependentlegalentities,possessingbothoftheHighwayMaintenanceQualificationofClassⅡ（GradeB）andClassⅢ（GradeB）issuedbytheprovincialdepartmentoftransportationincharge.<0}{0>4.投标人具备的养护业绩不应低于：
近5年（2004～2008年度）内承担过2个及以上二级路面小修保养和路面大、中修工程施工，累计沥青路面小修保养里程不少于300公里、大中修工程不少于50公里。
<}0{>4.TherequirementsforhighwaymaintenanceexperiencesoftheBidders:
havingundertaken,atminimum,twoprojectsofminormaintenanceandmajor&mediummaintenanceofclassIIhighwayinthelatestfiveyears（from2004to2008）;andtheaccumulatedlengthofminormaintenanceofbituminouspavementisnolessthan300km,theaccumulatedlengthofmajor&mediummaintenanceofbituminouspavementisnolessthan50km.<0}
