3.借钱限期届满前一个月内，经乙方恳求，如甲方赞同续借前述借钱，则本协议依照原计息方式自动缓期一年。
Withinonemonthafterexpirationofthelendingterm,
ifPartyAagreestorenewtheloanafterPartyB’s
application,thelendingtermcouldbeautomatically
extendedforoneyearandremainedtheoriginallending
rate.
4.本协议自乙方全额送还借钱本金及利息之日起停止。
ThisagreementwouldbeterminatedafterPartyＢrepay
thetotalamountofprincipleandinteresttoPartyA.
第六条其余
Miscellaneous
1.本协议若有未尽事宜，甲乙两方经磋商一致，可签订增补协议，增补协议与本协议拥有同样效劳。
Anyissuethatnotcoveredinthisagreementcouldbe
settledintheadditionalagreementafterPartiesnegotiation;theadditionalagreementhassamelegaleffectasthisagreement.

2.本协议执行过程中如产生纠葛，甲乙两方应经过磋商解决，磋商不可，随意一方均可向当地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
Foranydisputecomesfromperformanceofthis
agreement,Partiesshallfirstlyresolvethedispute
throughamicableconsultation,ifnotwork,eachparty
hastherighttoraisealitigationtothejurisdiction
court.
3.本协议一式两份，甲乙各执一份，均拥有同样法律效劳。
