OurmainproposalsetsoutindetailourresponsetoHUAWEI’sRequestforQuotation(RFQ).

PartneringwithOracle,HUAWEIisassuredthebestpossiblesuccessfortheConfigurationPlatformprojectintermsoftechnology,applications,businessandprocessknow-integratedandfunctionallyrichconfigurationsolution,asisdetailedinourproposal,willallowHUAWEItoanalyzeandprioritizeitsinvestmentinproductsandservicesthataddvaluetoHUAWEI.

Dandthirty-fivepercentinmarketingandafter-salesservices.Huaweithelargecitiesacross33provincesormunicipalitiesdomestically.ItalsoBeijingandShanghai.BesidesajointventureinRussia,thecompanyHongKong,Russia,theUnitedStates,theMiddleEast,African,SouthAsianandSouthAmericancountriesaswell.Itsproductssoldinmorethan11countriesorregions.ResearchandDevelopment(R&

D)isveryimportanttoanytenpercentofitssalesincomeintoR&

Deachyear.In1998,itsR&
