andforthekindofself-esteemisparticularlystrongmaturetypeStudents,Idonotcriticize,butthattheyareveryconcernedabouttheinquiry-styleconversation,letthemrealizethetruthoftheirown.

  Afterenteringtheuniversity,manystudentsonceadaptedtothenewenvironmentandlearning,lifestyle,theyrelaxedlearning,inordertopreventstudentsfromfallingbehind,whetheritisusuallyorbeforetheexam,Ihavestrictrequirements,andlearningmemberstotakevariousformsAndmoretohelppoorstudents.

  2,serviceeducation

  Althoughmanagementisaveryimportantpartofstudentwork,butinmyopinion,justdothemanagementisnotenough,servicestudentsarealsoessential.Asacollegecounselor,inadditiontomanagingstudents,butalsoservegoodstudents.Indealingwithstudents,Ialsokeepthisinmind,whichalsomakesmeindealingwithstudentproblems,theexclusionisalwaysasingletube-based,nomatterwhatIalwaystoguidestudents,highlightingapersonalized,Thefamily-orientedmanagementmodel,intheusualworknotonlyguidethemtolearn,butalsoguidetheirlives,"
