1.1DesignOfALift

Hydraulicliftingplatformisaversatilecraneliftingequipment,widelyusedinfactories,docks,construction,transportation,sports,equipmentmaintenanceandotherhigh-altitudeoperationsandmaintenance.Existinghydraulicliftingplatformtherearemany,canberoughlydividedinto:

four-wheelmobileliftingplatform,push-typeliftplatform,carloadliftingplatform,fixedplatformlift,scissorliftplatform,four-postliftThetwocolumnliftandsoon.

Inrecentyears,withtherapidincreaseintheuseofcars,China'

sboomingautoindustry,especiallythecarindustry.Thismakestheautorepairindustryhasgrown,demandforautomotivemaintenanceequipmentrapidexpansion,butalsothemaintenancerequirementsintheautomotivetoolsandequipmentrequirementsontheincreasinglyhighliftvehiclerepairworkshopisessentialandmostimportantmaintenancemachineryandequipment.Theroleofautoliftcarisinneedofrepair,asmoothupgradetotheappropriateheight,sothatmaintenanceworkersatthebottomofthecarchassismaintenanceandinspection.Generallydividedintohighcolumncarliftandscissors.Eitherway,arerequiredtomeetthesynchronousliftingthecar,corneringcannothappen,andaskedfortheemptychassisbottomforeasymaintenanceworkersformaintenanceworkwhichrequiresliftingplatformsynchronouslifting,runningsmoothly.Therefore,maintenanceofthecarliftingplatformequipmentisgenerallydrivenbyhydraulicsystem.

Withtheexpandingservicesector,aswellasthefurtherdevelopmentofautomation,themaintenancestafftoreducelaborintensity,makingtheeasymaintenance,andcanbetterimprovetheefficiencyofvehiclemaintenance,andcarmaintenanceservicequality,sothehydraulicliftPlatformautomationrequirementsarealsorising.Vehiclemaintenanceiscurrentlyrequiredtomeetthesynchronizationcontrol,liftingtheplatformliftsystemdependsmainlyonthehydraulicsystemandelectricalcontrolanddrivesystems,buttheliftplatformiscurrentlyownedbythewidespreadleakage,internalleakage,shortlife,theoperationnotflexible,synchronousoperationandlowdefects.Toavoidthesedisadvantages,requiremoreprecisesynchronizationtoensurethatthehydraulicliftingplatformliftprecision,andnowmostofthehydraulicliftingplatformsimultaneouslyphasingoutalltraditionalhydraulicvalves,theuseofmoreprecisecontrolofthenewelectro-hydraulicservovalve,electro-hydraulicproportionaldigitalelectro-hydraulicvalveandvalvetocontrolthehydraulicsystem,toachievesynchronizationandhighprecision.Asaformofelectro-hydraulicproportionalvalvetypeofdiverse,easytousecompositionofavarietyofelectricalandcomputer-controlledhydraulicsystem,controlofhighprecision,installationflexibilityandstronganti-pollutionandmanyotheradvantages.

CurrentlyusedintheautomotiverepairHydraulicsynchronousliftplatformvehiclemaintenanceplaysanimportantroleinsynchronousliftingplatformonavarietyofhydraulicvalves,hydrauliccylinders,hydraulicpumpstationinnovationandimprovement,makingahydraulicliftingplatformsynchronizationsmoothrunning,lownoise,fastresponse,highprecisionsynchronizationoftherepairandmaintenanceinthecarplayedacrucialrole.

Withthehydraulicliftplatformintheautomotiverepairindustry,applicationandfurtherimprovementandinnovationinthemaintenanceofhydraulicliftingplatformhasthecarcanachievemorecomplexfunctions,thestructureoftheplatform,driveon,andavarietyofcontrolsystems,hasbeengreatlyimproved.Thecurrentliftplatformliftsystemismainlydrivenbythehydraulicsystem,ofcourse,donotrelyonhydraulicpressure,aswellasdual-usedieselelectricrotaryliftplatform,nowappearedbatterydrivenliftplatform,continuouslyvariabletransmissioncanbeachievedwithsafer,moreconvenientandlownoiseadvantages.Liftingplatformiscurrentlywidespreadleakage,internalleakage,shortlife,theoperationisnotflexible,synchronousoperationandlowdefects.Toavoidthesedisadvantages,requiremoreprecisesynchronizationtoensurethatthehydraulicliftingplatformliftprecision,andnowmostofthehydraulicliftingplatformsimultaneouslyphasingoutalltraditionalhydraulicvalves,theuseofmoreprecisecontrolofthenewelectro-hydraulicservovalve,electro-hydraulicproportionaldigitalelectro-hydraulicvalveandvalvetocontrolthehydraulicsystem,toachievesynchronizationandhighprecision.Asaformofelectro-hydraulicproportionalvalvetypeofdiverse,easytousecompositionofavarietyofelectricalandcomputer-controlledhydraulicsystem,controlofhighprecision,installationflexibilityandstronganti-pollutionandmanyotheradvantages,applicationsbecomeincreasinglybroadened.

CurrentlyusedintheautomotiverepairHydraulicsynchronousliftplatformvehiclemaintenanceplaysanimportantroleinsynchronousliftingplatformon

avarietyofhydraulicvalves,hydrauliccylinders,hydraulicpumpstationinnovationandimprovement,makingahydraulicliftingplatformsynchronizationSmoothrunning,lownoise,fastresponse,highprecisionsynchronization,fortherepairandmaintenanceofthecarplaysanirreplaceableroleinawiderangeprospects.Therefore,theliftingplatformforfurtherresearchandimprovement,optimizesystemperformanceandstructuretofurtherimprovetomakeupfortheshortcomingsofexistingtechnologyhasimportantsignificance.
