Onceakickhasbeendetected,orissuspected,thedecisionmustbemadetoshutthewellinasquicklyandsafelyaspossible.

2.Pickupdrillstringandspottooljoint.
3.Stopmudpumps.
4.Closetheannularpreventeroruppermostpiperampreventer.Confirmthatthewellisshutinandflowhasstopped.

2.InstallFull-OpenSafetyValve（openposition）indrillstring.CloseSafetyValve.
3.Spottooljoint.

Shut-InProcedurewithBHAacrossStack
1.SetslipsondrillcollarsacrossBOPstack.
2.InstallcrossovertoFull-OpenSafetyValve.

4.Closeannular.Confirmwellisshut-inandflowisstopped.

FIREDRILLPROCEDUREATRIGSITE井场消防演习程序
Instrument:
说明：
1、Firealarm:
sixintermittentsoundofairhorn,andshoutstoallpeopleatrigsite“fire,fire,fire”
消防警报：
6个间歇式的喇叭声，并对井场所有人员呼喊“着火了，着火了，着火了”。
2、Fireteam:
threeroustaboutswiththechiefofroustaboutastheirleader
消防队：
场地工长带领3个场地工。
3、Backupteam:
threefloormenwithA.D.astheirleader后备队：
副司钻带领3个钻工。
4、Twosafebriefingarea:
两个安全区：
1#safetybriefingarealocatedatentranceofrigsite井场入口处。
2#safetybriefingarealocatedatexitofrigsite井场出口处。
5、Checkthewindsockforwinddirectionandgoupwind查看风向标，向上风向撤离。
6、OtherassistancewillbearrangedbyForeman外部支援（灭火或医疗）由监督组织。
7、Uncontrollablefire,securethewell,contact（110）andallpersonnelevacuatethelocationup
wind.火灾无法控制时，保护好井口，拨打110，全体人员撤到上风位置。
Procedure程序：
Allcrews:
Upondiscoveryofafire,aninitialattemptshouldbemadetoputoutthefire,usingthe
applicablefirefightingequipment.Ifitisunsafeorimpracticaltomaketheinitialattempt,thefollowingproceduresshouldbefollowed:
所有人员：
发现火情后，应使用适用的消防设备灭火，如果不安全或无法灭火，应按以下程序进行：
1．Driller:
Soundalarm.司钻：
发出警报。
Pickupthedrillstringfromthebottomofhole,shutinwellaspertheSaudiAramcoS/Iprocedureandawaitsinstructions.钻具提离井底，按阿美公司关井程序关井,等待指令。
2．Fireteam:
Takenonfiresuitandcarryingthenearestfireextinguisherproceedstofrontofthe
foreman’sofficewaitingfortheinstructions.消防队穿戴好消防服,携带附近的灭火器前往监督办公室外等待指令。
3．Backupteam:
Assemblefrontoftheforeman’sofficewaitingfortheinstructions.
在监督办公室处集合等待指令。
4．Machinist:
Startemergentfirepumpandawaitinstructions.
机械师：
启动紧急消防泵，等待指令。
5．Electrician:
ProceedtoSCRandawaitinstructions.电气师：
SCR旁待命。
6．Allotherpersonnel,exceptthoseinvolvedinkeyoperations:
Proceedtosafebriefingarea
oftheupwinddirection.除参加紧急操作的人外，其他人员前往上风向的安全区集合。
Proceduresofsinglingin吊单根程序
A.Verifythesizeandcurrentcolourcodingoftheliftingcap.核实提升护丝的尺寸与色标。
B.Cleanandexaminethethreadsandshouldersonboxandpinends,andinformthedrillerofanydamage.清理检查公母扣的丝扣和台肩，如有任何损伤都要报告给司钻。
C.Verifythegradeofthedrillpipe,measurelength,recordandinformthedriller.
核实钻杆钢级，丈量长度，并做记录。
然后报给司钻。
D.Removetheprotectorfromtheboxend,applydope（threadcompound）,andinstallthedriftandliftingcap,ensuringtheliftingcapistight.
卸掉母扣护丝，涂上丝扣油，装内径规，戴上提升护丝，保证上紧。
E.Attachtheairtuggertotheliftingcapandliftthepipeoffthecatwalk.
把气动绞车绳挂到提升护丝上，从锚道上把钻杆提起来。
F.Tailthedrillpipewitharopeasitswingsthroughthev-door.
把钻杆上拴一根游绳，以防上大门时摆动。
G.Removethepinprotectorandretrievethedrift,keepingfeetwellclear.
卸掉公扣护丝，取出通径规，注意脚离远点。
H.Lowerthedrillpipejointintothemousehole,andremoveairtuggerandliftingcap.
下放钻杆单根进小鼠洞，卸掉气动绞车绳和提升护丝。
I.Iftherigisequippedwithatopdrive,thedrilleractivatesthelinktilttowardsthejointinthemouseholeandthefloormenlatchtheelevators.
如果该钻机配了顶驱，司钻就启动倾斜液缸，伸向鼠洞内的单根，钻工们把吊卡扣上。
Procedureforsinglingout/layingdownthesingles甩单根程序
A.Aftertheconnectionhasbeenbrokenout,thefloormenpullthesingleoverthemousehole.
丝扣卸开之后，钻工们把单根推到小鼠洞的上边。
B.Thefloormendopethepinandinstallapinthreadprotector.
钻工们把公扣涂上丝扣油，戴上公扣护丝。
C.Ifatopdriveisused,afterthesinglehasbeenbrokenout,thedrillerusesthelinktilttomovethesingletowardsandintothemousehole.
如果使用顶驱，单根卸开以后，司钻就用倾斜液缸把单根放到小鼠洞内。
D.Theelevatorsareopenedwhenthejointstandsupandthenareheldbackfromswingingacrosstherigfloor.
单根落稳后，打开吊卡，注意控制吊卡在钻台上摆动。
E.Thefloormendopetheboxandinstalltheliftingcap,attachtheairtuggerandliftthejointclearofthemousehole.
钻工们把母扣涂上丝扣油，戴上提丝，挂上气动绞车绳，把单根提出小鼠洞.。
F.Thedrillpipecanbecleanedanddopedafterithasbeenrolledoffthecatwalk.
也可以在钻杆滚出锚道后进行清洗，涂上丝扣油。
G.Tail/pushpipeoutofthev-doorkeepingfeetwellclear.Thecatwalkisclearofpersonnelwhileslowlyloweringthepipeoutofthev-door.
推拉钻杆出大门时，要把脚放远点儿。
在缓慢地下放钻杆出大门时，锚道上不能站人。
H.Whenrunninginorlayingdownalargeamountofdrillpipe,specialattentionmustbepaidwhileworkingaroundthemousehole.Themouseholeshouldbecoveredatalltimeswhennotinuse.当大量的钻杆下井或甩下钻台时，要特别注意在小鼠洞周围工作的人。
不用的时候，应当时刻想着把小鼠洞盖上。
I.Removetheliftingcap,installtheboxprotectorandrollthejointontothepiperack.
卸掉提丝，戴上母扣护丝，把该单根滚到管架上。
J.Ifapplicable,duringsinglingin,drillpipecasingprotectorsshouldbefittedasperDrillingProgrambeforeputtingthejointintothemousehole.
如果在钻杆上安装套管护箍，根据钻井设计，就在钻杆单根进入小鼠洞之前安装。
SafetyOperations安全操作
1.RigManager:
Whatistherequirementformudcirculationbeforepullingoutofthehole（POOH）?
起钻前对循环泥浆有何要求？
Driller:
First,circulateforhalfanhourtocleanthehole,slugthepipe,andthenpulloutofthehole.首先应循环泥浆半小时清洗井眼，然后打入重泥浆起钻。
2.RM:
Whatshouldthederrickmandobeforepullingoutofthehole?
井架工起钻前应做些什么？
Heshouldcheckthemastpinsandgetthemulelinesreadyonthemonkeyboard.
把井架销子检查一遍，并在二层台先准备好兜绳。
3.RM:
Duringpullingoutofthehole,thespeedmustbecontrolled.起钻时，一定注意控制速度。
Sure,extraswabbingpressurewillcausethewelltocollapseorkick.
是的，抽吸压力过大易造成井塌或井涌。
4.RM:
Whyshouldwecontrolthespeedwhilerunninginthehole?
下钻时为什么也要控制速度？
Goingtoofastcancausehighpressuresurge,whichmayresultinlostcirculation.
下钻时速度过快会产生较大的冲击压力，这可能导致井漏。
5.RM:
