4样品加标回收率
在黄酒样品中加入3种不同浓度氨基酸标样后衍生,根据氨基酸对照品的加入量计算回收率,测定结果见表2,平均回收率在83.52~108.21%之间。

5方法的精密度试验
(1)将同一标样连续进样8次,得到18种氨基酸峰面积的RSD在0.12%~1.26%
(2)对同一黄酒样品平行衍生六次进行测定,保留时间的RSD在0.02%~1.32%之间,峰面积的RSD在1.17%~4.92%见表3,说明该方法日内测定结果重复性,精密度较高。

6样品的稳定性试验
采用同一标品进行衍生后,室温放置8h,24h,36h,48h,64h等不同时间,在相同的色谱条件下测定,进行保留时间和峰面积比较,由表4可以看出保留时间的RSD在0.09%~1.92%之间,峰面积在1.69%~7.57%,说明衍生物具有较好的稳定性。

六、本方法的验证结果
本方法经过中国食品发酵工业研究院、上海金枫酒业股份、浙江古越龙山绍兴酒股份等6家实验室的进行了方法验证,黄酒样品稀释10倍后,加入不同浓度的18种氨基酸,制备了1#,2#,3#,4#,5#对照样品,验证结果见表5,由表可见实验室间的再现性相对标准偏差RSD基本小于10%。
