本设计是根据江西某化工有限公司新建的年产1200吨乙酸叔丁酯生产项目进行

的工艺设计。

本设计采用酸烯酯化法直接合成乙酸叔丁酯,工艺采用间歇式反应工艺,

通过二次蒸馏实现产物分离,得到高质量产品。

该方法操作条件温和,收率相对较高,

工艺比较成熟,是较为理想的生产工艺。

本设计内容主要包括:

产品简介,项目背景,设计依据,生产工艺方案,工艺流

程设计,物料衡算与能量衡算,主要设备的选型和计算,车间布置设计,环境保护,

安全设计及三废处理等内容。

本设计还包括与本项目相关的工艺流程图和车间设备平

面布置图等设计图纸。

Abstract

Tert-butylacetateisakindofimportantorganicchemicalrawmaterial,whichiswidelyusedinpaint,detergent,electronics,solvents,pharmaceuticalintermediates,andetc.

Thisdesignisbasedona1200t/aTert-butylacetatenewlyproductionprojectofJinxixxChemicalCo.Ltd.Weemploytheolefinicacidesterificationmethodofdirectsynthesistotertiarybutylacetate,useintermittentreactionprocess,andfinally,adoptsecondarydistillationtoseparateproductforhighqualityproducts.Thismethodhasmildoperatingconditions,relativelyhigheryield,morematuretechnology,whichisanidealproductionprocess.

Contentinthedesignmainlyincludes:

productintroduction,projectbackground,designfoundation,processprogram,processdesign,materialbalanceandenergybalance,themainequipmentsselectionandcalculationofworkshoplayoutdesign,environmentalprotection,securitydesignandcontentof"
