MyheartstoppedandIwassuddenlytransfixedbyavision-Isawmyselfalldressedupinafancysuitandpearlnecklacesandrecountingonbigeventsoftheday.Andnotjusttomystubborngramps,whoneverpaysattentionanyways,buttotheworld.Theaudiencewept,theycried,theysmiledandcheeredatwhatIhadtosay.Millionsofpeoplewenttosleepknowingthey'

JosephPulitzeroncesaid:

“Ourrepublicanditspresswillriseorfalltogether.”Allthedisingenuousopinions,so-calledfactsandactivemisinformationintheso-callednews,bothlocalandforeign,mademefearforthefuture.

TodayI’mgoingtotalkaboutdiscoveryourself.

Eversincetheaccelerateddevelopmentofhumancivilization,perpetualscientificdiscoveryofnaturehavecompaniedmankindallalongthejourney.Itwasbydiscoveringtheworldaroundusthathumanbeingshavebeenabletoliveamoresophisticatedlife.However,asG.K.Chestertononcesaid“onemayunderstandthecosmos,butnevertheego,theselfismoredistancethananystar.Thus,alifeisajourneyofunrelentingofferstodiscovermoreofourselves.WhenIwassix,IconstantlypicturemyselfasanelegantandskilledpianistrenderingXiaoBang’snocturnalbeautifullyonthestage,receivingawardandapplauseaftermyperformance.However,asIfurthermypianolessons,itwashardtobeobliviousofmynon-giftedskills.SometimesIcouldn’thelpbuthavethisfeelingofdespair,whenIwokeuptotherealityanddiscoverthatmygoalwasunrealistic.Brutalbutreal.Itwasthefirsttime;

IhaddiscoveredthatIcouldn’thaveitatall,whenIwastwelve.Ithoughtthecoolestjobintheentireuniversewastobeasurgeon.IspenthoursandhourswatchingthedramaGrey'
