1.Introduction

Businessesneedtorecruitandselectthebestpeople.Thishelpsthemachievetheiraimsandobjectives.SuguosupermarketisthebiggestchainsupermarketinNanjingwithnearly900storesinNanjingandcitiesaround.WhereveryouliveinNanjing,youcanalwaysfindSuguonearyourapartment.Suguohaveanoutstandingrecruitmentandselectionstrategyforitself,thispaperwillmainlyresearchSuguo’srecruitmentapproach,processes,andmanagementofhumanresources.Moreover,explorewhythiscompany’sstrategycanbothmakeprofitsforthecompanyandprovideabettercareerforemployees.
