thereforethethree-phasesymmetricwindingcanbereplacedwithtwophasesymmetricalwindingsequivalentindependentofeachother,equivalentprincipleistheconstantmagnetomotiveforceproducedbeforeandaftertransformation,transformationandtotalpowerconstant.

Inoilfield,thepowerfactorwasreducedandthereactivepowerconsumptionwasincreasedbecauseoftheusageofthelargenumberofasynchronousmotor,andresultinginahugewasteofenergy,whichreducedtheintegratedcost-effectiveoffield.Thepermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorpossessalltheadvantagesofsynchronousmotorandithashighefficiencyandhigherpowerfactor.Fortheadvantagesofpermanentmagnetsynchronous,itwillbringgoodenergysavingresultsifitisusedinpumpingunit.Asaresult,thestudyonpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorcontrolsystemisimportant.

InthispaperthetheoryofvectorcontrolsystemonPMSMisfirstdeeplystudied,andtheideaofcoordinatetransformationisusedtobuildthemathematicalmodelofPMSM.Anin-depththeoreticalanalysisofvoltagespacevectorcontrolalgorithmisdone.Secondly,basedonthemathematicalmodelofpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorandSVPWMtheory,themodelofPMSMvectorcontrolsystemisestablishedbyofMatlab/Simulink.Thesimulationresultshowsthepossibilityofusingthecontrolsystem.

Inthepaper,thesoftwareandhardwareofPMSMvectorcontrolsystemisdesignedcore-basedTICompany’smotorcontrolDSPchipTMS320LF2407A.Hardwarencludesthemaincircuit,controlcircuitanditsperipheralcircuits;

softwarecontainsthemainprogramandSVPWMinterruptsubroutine,itachievestheimplementationofthedualclosed-loopcurrent.Atlast,themotorexperimentsarecarriedonunderthelaboratory,theexperimentalresultsverifythecorrectnessofthehardwareandcontrolprogram.

Permanentmagnetsynchronousmotorwiththeadvantagesofsimplestructure,highefficiency,widespeedrange,widelyusedinmachining,aerospaceandelectrictractionfields,thispaperintroducesthestructure,controlstrategyofpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotoranditsvectortorquecontrolresearchpresentsituationanddirection.

Basedonspacevectorprinciple,thethreekindofcoordinatesystemsaswellasthetransformationofthemwhichusuallyusedinmotor’sspeedcontrolsystemareintroduced,then,themathematicmodelsondifferentcoordinatesystemsarederived,bebasedonthat,theprincipleoftraditionaldirecttorquecontrolsystemaswellasthedirecttorquecontrolsystembasedonSVPWMareanalyzeddetailed,meanwhile,therealizationprocessofSVPWMalgorithmisderived.Finally,thesimulationmodelofconvientionalDTCControlsystemareestablishedinMATLAB/Simulink.

Controlofpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotormainlyinthefollowing

1.1vectorcontrol

Thecoreideaofvectorcontrolofthree-phasecurrent,voltage,thefluxofthemotorbycoordinatetransformationintotherotorfluxorientedphasereferencecoordinatesystem,controlideaaccordingtoDCmotor,controlmotortorque.Theadvantagesofthefieldorientedvectorcontrolisgoodtorqueresponse,precisespeedcontrol,zerospeedcanachievefullload.However,thevectorcontrolsystemneedstodeterminetherotorflux,tocoordinatetransformation,alargeamountofcalculation,butalsoconsidertheeffectofchangesintherotorofthemotorparameters,whichmakesthesystemmorecomplex,thisisthevectorcontroldeficiencies.

1.2directtorquecontrol

Itisbasedonstatorfluxorientation,implementationofdirectcontrolofstatorfluxandtorque.Thecontrolisbasedontheideaofamplitudereal-timedetectionofmotortorqueandfluxaregiven,andthetorqueandfluxlinkagevaluecomparison,thetorqueandfluxadjustingtheappropriatestatorvoltagespacevectorselectiontableswitchcalculateddirectlyfromanoffline,powerswitchandcontrolofinverterstate.Directtorquecontroldoesnotneedthevectorcoordinatetransformationcomplex,themotormodelissimplified,nopulsewidthmodulationsignalgenerator,controlhastheadvantagesofsimplestructure,motorparameterchanges,canobtaingooddynamicperformance.Buttherearealsosomeshortcomings,suchastheinverterswitchingfrequencyisnotfixed,largetorqueripplecurrenttorealizedigitalcontrolrequireshighsamplingfrequency.

1.3directtorquecontrolbasedonspacevectormodulation(SVM-DTC)

TheSVM-DTCcontrolisthevectorcontrolanddirecttorquecontroltogether,itstheoryfoundationandDTCcontroltheory,isbasedontorqueanglecontrol.Accordingtothechangeoftorqueangleandfluxvectorposition,getthefluxofthenextcycleposition,whichcanbethereferencevoltagevectorisrequired,thenthereferencevoltagevectormodulation,PWMwaveinverterdriving.TheSVM-DTCcontrol,thefluxchangestodeterminethenextposition,sotheaccurateestimationoffluxhasgreateffectonthecontrolsystem,andthefluxestimationdependsonmotorparametersarestable.Inaddition,theelectromagnetictorqueandtorqueangleisanonlinearrelationship,butinthepracticalapplicationisapproximatelylinear,usingPIregulation,performancesothatthePIparameterscanalsoaffectthesystem.

Themodelreferenceadaptivecontrol(MRAS)

Themodelsystemrequirementsofthecontrolsystemwithamodelfortheadaptivecontrol,theoutputresponsemodelisideal,thismodeliscalledthereferencemodel.Thesystemalwaystriestomakedynamicconsistencycanbedynamicreferencemodelandtheadjustablemodelinoperation.Bycomparingtheoutputofreferencemodelandactualprocess,andthroughtheadaptivecontrollertoadjustsomeparametersoftheadjustablemodelorgenerateanauxiliaryinput,sothattheoutputerrorbetweenactualoutputandthereferencemodelassmallaspossible.Inpracticalapplication,usuallyusedforspeedestimation,torealizethespeedsensorlessoperation.Therefore,themodelreferenceadaptivedependsmainlyontheaccuracyoftheadjustablemodel,thestableoperationofthesystemplaysadecisiverolein.Inaddition,theadaptivecontrollawparameterstuningisadifficultproblem,thecontrolaccuracyofthecontrolsystemhasagreatimpact.

1.5Thestateobserverbasedcontrol

Controlbasedonstateobserverisdevelopedbasedonthemoderncontroltheory,observerbasedonthemathematicalmodelofpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor,usedforeachobservationcontrolsystemandthestate,thusextractingspeedcontrol.Itisalsodependentontheaccuracyofthemotormodel,theappearanceoflargeerrorwillrunatlowspeedorincreasingtemperatureleadstothevariationofmotorparameters,soastobringlargedeviationtocontrol.

Theuseofintelligentalgorithms,intelligentcontrolofthecontrolsystem,suchasfuzzycontrol,neuralnetworkcontrol,self-tuningparametersandsoon,throughoneorseveraltimesafterthetrialoperation,automaticparametertuningout,torealizetheoptimizationcontrol.Intelligentcontrolhasmanyadvantages,especiallyinthemotorismultivariable,nonlinearcontrolsystem,however,controlanditsperformancedependsonthecontrolobject,thatistosaynoteverycontrolsystemcanachievegoodcontrol,whichrequiresexperience.Atthesametime,thelargeamountofcomputation,butalsohascertainrequirementsforthecontroller.

SynchronousMotorbecauseofhavingpowerfactorhigherrun–timeefficiencyhigher,stabilitygood,therevolvingspeedsettlestowaitamerit,isextensivelybeenappliedtoindustrialproductionamid.Thestartingfaultthatacquaintswithsynchronousmotor,anddebuggingintime,allhaveimportantmeaningtothemotorandtheproductionsystems.Bywayofenergyintime,accuratedebuggingandtransactionfault,havethefamiliarfaultprogressofthesynchronousmotorindetailanalytical!

2Familiarfault

2.1Thesynchromotorafterswitchingonelectricitytheincapabilitystarts

Thesynchromotorafterstartingtheincapabilityrun-timegenerallyhasthereasonofseveralsasfollows:

(1)Powersupplyvoltageoverlow.Becauseatthesquareofvoltage,thestartingtorquedirectproportionofsynchromotor'

sthevoltageofpowersupplyovermakelowthestartingtorqueofsynchromotorsignificantlythedroopislowerthanloadtroque,cannotstartthusandwanttoraisevsthispowersupplyvoltagetoenlargethestartingtorqueofdynamo.

(2)Thefaultofmotor.Checkmotorsettle,therotorwindinghadnoshortcircuit,opencirctui,opensolderingandlinkbadetc.fault,thesethefaultswillmakethedynamocannotstarttocreatestartingofratingofintensityofmagneticfield,makethusthedynamocannotstart;
