因模块制造任务有模块制造厂承担，所以现场的模块拼装场地建设也由其负责。

（三门有土建承包商分包）1.3模块设计和制造根据三门实践，模块制造厂建设周期约11个月，投用时间为FCD-10，模块材料采购工作至少8个月的时间；CA20模块的就位时间为FCD+2，其工厂制造周期约为4.5个月，现场拼装工期约为4个月。

所以：

模块设计图纸设计工作需在FCD-18开始。

进场道路的投用时间因子模块运输的需要需在FCD-2投用，留0.5个月的运输周期。

1.4大吊车采购AP1000作为目前国际上最先进的压水堆技术，模块化建造和开顶法平行施工使得其建设工期较短，同时这一特点也决定了AP1000核电站建造过程中有大量重件吊装工作，其中核岛部分超过100吨的设备和构件就有19件，特别是几个关键重大件的吊装具有起吊重量大、半径远和高度高的特点，因此只有采购2000吨级以上的特大型吊车才能满足三门核电工程的吊装要求。
