2.1设计范围、规模Scopeandscaleofdesign

2.1.1设计范围：

从简易料场开始至冷却后的烧结矿成品皮带（也可根据需要设成品仓），包括工艺、土建、给排水、燃气、通风除尘、电气、仪表自动化等各专业的设计。

1台36m2环型烧结机，利用系数1.40t/（m2·

h），年产高碱度烧结矿40万吨。

2.3工作制度Workingsystem

烧结厂为连续工作制，主机年工作330天，7920小时，每天3班，每班8小时，主机作业率90.4%。

3原、燃料供应Supplyofrawmaterialandfuel

3.1含铁原料FecontainedRawmaterials

外进含铁原料用汽车运至料场，分类堆放。

铲车将各种原料送至烧结料库内。

含铁原料的进厂粒度小于10mm。

Fecontainedrawmaterialsfromoutsidewillbetransportedintostockyardsbytrucks,pilingupasdifferentkind.Forkliftswilltransportvariousrawmaterialsintosintermaterialsbin.TheincominggrainsizeofFecontainedrawmaterialsshouldnotbegreaterthan10mm.

3.2熔剂Flux

熔剂有石灰石、白云石进厂粒度均为3~0mm。

Fluxesincludelimestoneanddolomite,andtheirincominggrainsizeareboth3~0mm.

3.3燃料Fuel

烧结用固体燃料为焦粉，进厂粒度为25~0mm,由汽车运至配料仓库。

车间内设燃料破碎加工系统，破碎成粒度为3~0mm含量>

90%的焦粉。

点火燃料为高炉煤气，发热值不小于750kCal/m3，正常用量：

车间接点压力约6-8KPa。

3.4配料仓设置Batchingbinset-up

配料室采用抓斗上料，含铁原料采用圆盘加电子秤自动配料，其它原料采用托料秤自动配料。

所有调速电机采用变频调速。

4供水、供电条件Conditionofwatersupplyandpowersupply

4.1生产、生活、消防用水由建设单位生活、生产、消防供水管网供给。

Thewaterconsumptionforproducing,living,fire-fightingaresuppliedbyliving,producingandfire-fightingwatersupplypipenetworkofdevelopmentorganization.

4.2电源引自钢厂内变电所，电压等级为11kV，双回路供电。

11KV母线采用单母线分段,正常情况两段母线分列运行。

当一回路故障时,母联开关合上,另一回路可承担全部负荷。

Powerissuppliedbysubstationofsteelplant,voltagelevelis11kVandadopttwo-circuitpowersupply.11kVbus-barisadoptedinsinglebus-barwithnon-segmentedwiringandnormallythetwosegmentsareruninapportionmode.Whenonecircuitisinaccident,bus-couplerwillswitchdown,andtheothercircuitcanaffordalltheload.

5烧结工艺概述Sinterprocessgeneral

5.1工艺特点简述:

5.1.1原料准备与配料Rawmaterialpreparingandbatching

烧结原料包括含铁原料、熔剂（石灰石、白云石）、燃料、杂矿，这些原料除要求一定化学成分外，还要求化学成分相对稳定。

矿粉、焦粒、高炉返矿等用汽车运至烧结配料室的料池内，用抓斗起重机，将料池内的物料抓入料仓内。

配料室内设焦粒仓一个，25～0mm的焦粒和无烟煤经仓下给料机用皮带送至对辊破碎机进行粗破碎，粗破碎后的燃料用皮带送入四辊破碎机破碎成3～0mm的燃料。

破碎后焦粉设一个仓；

SinterrawmaterialsincludeFecontainedrawmaterials,fluxes（limestoneanddolomite）,fuel,andsundryore.Besidesthenecessarychemicalcontentsofthesematerials,thestabilizationofchemicalcontentsisalsoneeded.

Orefines,cokeparticleandBFreturnoreetc.aretransportedintomaterialpoolofsinterbatchingplantandgrabbedoutintostockbinbygrabcrane.Onecokebinissetupinbatchingplant,25～0mmcokeparticleandanthracitecoalaretransportedbyconveyorbeltofsupplyequipmentunderbunkerintodouble-rollcrusherforcrudecrushing,thecrushedfuelsaretransportedtofour-rollcrusherbyconveyorbeltcomingintothegrainsizeof3～0mm.Andastoragebinissetupforcrushedcoke.

以上几种原料按设定比例经秤量后给到配料皮带上，再经混一胶带机转运送至一混机。

对混合料的要求是配比准确，有良好的透气性。

5.1.2混合布料:

Mixingdistribution

在混合过程中加入必须的水分使烧结料充分润湿，本设计采用的是二次混合工艺。

在一次混合时主要是混匀并加入适当水润湿，二次混合时补足到适宜水分使混合料中的细粉造成球。

Duringmixingprocedure,addingnecessarywatercanmakesintermaterialcompletehumidification,thisdesignadoptssecondarymixingprocess.Primarymixingisusedtoachievehomogeneousmixingandproperwatermoisteningeffect,andsecondarymixingisusedtocomplementproperwaterformakingthefinesofmixedmaterialintoballshape.

烧结机采用圆辊给料机布料，使混合料沿台车宽度上均匀分布，以保证透气性相对一致，同时保证料面平整，并有一定松散性。

5.1.3烧结室Sinteringplant

铺底料由胶带机从冷矿筛分室运到烧结室的铺底料矿槽贮存,经过铺底料矿槽下的给料闸门及摆动漏斗,将铺底料均匀的布到烧结机上。

Hearthlayeraretransportedbybelt-conveyorfromcoldorescreenerchamberintohearthlayerbunkerofsinterchamberforstorage,throughfeedingdraw-gateandswingingfunnelunderhearthlayerbunker,hearthlayerisdistributedhomogeneouslyontothesinteringmachine.

混合料由胶带机从二混室运到烧结室的混合料矿槽内，再经过布料器均匀地布到烧结机台车上。

Mixedmaterialsaretransportedbybelt-conveyorfromsecondarymixinghouseintomixedmaterialbunkerofsinteringhouse,andthroughdistributingdeviceequablydistributedontosinteringloopwheelmachine.

混合料经点火后进行抽风烧结，点火燃料为高炉煤气，点火温度在1050±

50º

C，要求高炉煤气压力6000～8000Pa。

烧结台车上的物料，经点火器进行料面点火，使料面烧结并使配入的燃料继续燃烧。

在烧结机尾，烧结饼经单辊破碎机破碎至150~0mm。

破碎后的烧结矿直接进入鼓风带式冷却机冷却，冷却后的烧结矿通过皮带运至冷矿室进行整粒。

烧结矿整粒系统采用2台冷筛串联集中式配置，将烧结矿分成5～0mm、10～5mm、20～10mm、+20mm四级。

第一段筛出5～0mm冷返矿，返回到配料室重新参加配料；

第二段筛出10～5mm成品烧结矿；

第三段筛出20～10mm铺底料；

筛上>

20mm为成品。

20～10mm粒级铺底料多余部分送到成品胶带机上。

C,BFgaspressureshouldbe6000～8000Pa.Throguhigniter,ignitionstartsonthesurfaceofmaterialsonsinteringloopwheelmachinetosinterthesurfaceandkeepthesucceedingfuelcombusting.Atthetailofsinteringmachine,bythesinglerollcrusher,sinteredcakeiscrushedinto150~0mm.Crushedsinteroreistransportedintoblowingstraight-linecoolerforcooling,throughconveyorbelt,coldsinteroreistransportedintocoldorehouseforparticleclassifying.Twocold-screenersaresetupinmodeofcentralin-lineforparticleclassifyingsystem,classifiedsinteroreincludefourlevels:

5～0mm、10～5mm、20～10mmand+20mm.Thefirstpart（5～0mmcoldreturnore）istransportedbacktobatchinghouseforrebatching;

thesecondpart（10～5mm）issinterore;

thethirdpart（20～10mm）isusedashearthlayer;

Andtherestoreonthescreener（greaterthan20mm）isendproducts.Redundanthearthlayer（20～10mm）isreturnedtoendproductbelt-conveyor.

5.1.4主抽风机及机头电除尘器室

Mainextractionfanandelectricaldedusterinheadsection

烧结生产过程中抽出的烧结废气经电除尘器净化后排放到大气中去。

电除尘器可以保证废气排放达到标准。

电除尘下的灰尘经双层卸灰阀、埋刮板机、加湿机加湿、皮带机送至配料室杂料池。

为防止主抽风机的躁声污染环境，主抽风机的出口安装消音器。

Duringsintering,theexhaustairisextracted,throughelectricaldeduster’spurificationreleasingintoatmosphere.ElectricaldedustercanguaranteeexhaustairreleasingachievingtheStandards.Thededustedashthroughcindervalve,embeddedscraper,moisteningmachineandbelt-conveyoristransportedintosundrypoolofbatchinghouse.Toavoidnoisepollutionofmainextractionfan,silencerisadoptedforthetuyere.

6工厂公辅设施简述Plantauxiliaryfacilitiesbrief

6.1通风、除尘ventilationanddedusting

6.1.1通风与空调：

混合室及通廊采用自然排气系统。

Ventilationandairconditioning:

mixinghouseandgalleryusingnaturalexhaustsystem.

6.1.2除尘：

所有产尘设备及产尘点均密封并进行抽风，根据粉尘性质及车间的分布情况，整个烧结厂共设立4个除尘系统。

Dedusting:

alltheash-makingequipmentsandash-makingsitesaresealedandextracted,accordingtotheashcharactersandworkshopsdistribution,fourdedustingsystemsaresetupforwholesinteringplant.

机尾除尘系统选用1台单室三电场电除尘器；

Dedustingsystemofmachinetailusesonesinglechamberdedusterofthreeelectricfields.
