2.6Highstrengthboltshallbeabletogointotheboltholefreely.Theenlargementoftheboltholeshallnotusegascutting,theholeenlargementnumbershallbepermittedbythedesigner,thediameterafterholeenlargementshallnotbemorethan1.2d(distheboltmdiameter).

3fabricationofSteelpartsandcomponent

3.1Steelcuttingsurfaceandshearplaneshallnothavecrack,slag,lamination,oredgemissingwhichlargerthan1mm.

3.2Correctedsteelsurfaceshallnothaveobviousdentordamage,thescratchdepthshallnotbemorethan0.5mm,andshallnotbemorethan1/2oftheallowabletoleranceofthicknessofthesaidsteel.

3.3Whenedgeprocessingisnecessaryforgas-cutpartsormechanical-cutparts,theplanedthicknessshallnotbelessthan2.0mm.

4Assemblingandinstallationofsteelelements

4.1ThedistancebetweenflangeweldingandwebweldingofHbeamsshallnotbelessthan200mm.

5installationofSinglelevelstructure

5.1Generalregulations

5.1.1Theacceptanceofsteelstructureinspectionshallbeexecutedafterarrivecheckandacceptance,atsiteandinspectionoffastenerinstallationandfabrication.

5.1.2Regardingthemeasurementandcorrectionofinstallationandhighstrengthboltinstallation,techniquetestorevaluationshallbeconductedbeforeinstallation,andmakerelevantconstructiontechniqueandplanbasedonthis.

5.1.3Thedetectionofinstallationdeviation,shallbeconductedafterthestructurehasformedspacerigidunitandfastened.

5.1.4Whileinstalling,strictlycontroltheconstructionloadonroof,floorandplatform.Neverapplyconstructionloadandsnowloadongirder,purlin,roof,floorandplatformboardshigherthandesigned.

5.1.5Afterformingthespacerigidity,applysecondarypouringwithfinestoneconcrete,andgroutingmaterialsfortheintervalsbetweencolumnbottomboardandfoundationtopsurface.

5.2FoundationandSupportingSurface

5.2.1Thepositioningaxis,foundationaxis,elevation,sizeandfasteningofanchorboltsshallcomplywiththedesignrequirements.

5.2.2Whenthefoundationtopsurfaceactsdirectlyasthesupportingsurfaceforcolumns,ortheembeddedsteelsheetsorsupportingstandassupportingsurfaceforcolumns,theallowabletoleranceofthebracingplane,anchorboltpositionshallcomplywiththeregulationinTable1.

5.3.4Centerlineandelevationbenchmarkofmajorcomponentslikesteelcolumnshallbemarkedproperly.

5.3.5Whensteeltruss(orgirder)isinstalledonconcretecolumn,thetoleranceofitsbasecentertopositioningaxisshallnotbemorethan10mm;

Incaseofusinglargeconcreteroofslabs,toleranceofsteeltruss(orbeam)pitchshallnotexceed10mm.

6installationofmulti-storeysteelstructure

6.1Generalregulations

6.1.1Thelengthdimensionofstructuressuchascolumn,girder,andsupportshallincludedeformationvaluesuchasweldingshrinkageallowance.

6.1.2Whileinstallingcolumn,eachcolumn’spositioningaxisshallintroducedirectlyformgroundcontrolaxis,notformtheaxisofthecolumnunderneath.

6.1.3Installationinspectionofsteelstructureshallbeconductedafterinspectionatdifferentstageslikematerialarrivalatsite,welding,fastening,fabrication,etc.

6.2Foundationandsupportingsurface

6.2.1Thepositioningaxisofbuilding,positioningaxisandelevationofcolumnsonfoundation,anchorbolt’ssizeandpositioning,anchorboltfasteningshallcomplywiththedesignrequirements.Whennocleardesignrequirementsisavailable,itshallcomplywiththeregulationofTable1.

6.2.2Inmulti-storeybuilding,whenthefoundationtopsurfaceactsdirectlyasthesupportingsurfaceforcolumn,orthepre-buriedsteelsheetorsupportingstandassupportingsurfacesforcolumn,theallowabletoleranceofthesupportingsurface,anchorboltpositionshallcomplywiththeregulationinTable1.

6.2.3Inmultilevelbuilding,allowabletoleranceofmortarbeddingshallcomplywiththeregulationinTable2.

6.2.4AnchorboltsizetoleranceshallcomplywithTable3.Thethreadofanchorboltshallbeprotected.

6.3InstallationandCorrection

6.3.1ThetoleranceofcolumninstallationshallcomplywithTable6.
