(1)tomaintainconstantpressure;

(2)thecontrolsystemcanbemanualorautomaticoperation;

Theactualpressureofthepipenetworkfeedbackandagivenpressurewerecompared,whenthepressureofapipenetworkislow,increasetheoutputoffrequencyconverter,pumpspeedfaster,watersupplyquantityincreases,forcingthepipenetworkpressurerise.Vicepumpspeedslowdown,reducethewatersupplypipenetworkpressuredrop,,tokeeptheconstantpressurewatersupply.

Systemhardwarestructure

Systemusesapressuresensor,PLCandinverterasacentralcontroldevice,toachieveadesiredfunction.Source:

networktransmissionanddistributionequipmentinstallationinpipelinepressuresensor,fordetectingthewaterpressureofthepipenetwork,convertingpressureis4~20mAcurrentorvoltagesignalis0~10V,suppliedtotheinverter.

Converterpumpmotorcontroldevice,inaccordancewiththeconstantwaterpressureneedstobe0~50Hzfrequencysignalsupplypumpmotor,adjustitsspeedSAJconverterispowerful,i.e.pre-programmedsetparameterset,willusetherequiredintheprocessofsettingthenumberofparametersisreducedtoaminimum,defaultvalueaccordingtotheapplicationparameterofthemacrochoiceanddifferent.ThesystemadoptsthePIDcontrolapplicationmacro,closedloopcontrol.Inverterbasedonaconstantpressurecorrespondingtothevoltagesettingvalueandfromthepressuresensortoobtainthefeedbackcurrentsignal,theuseofPIDcontrolmacroautomaticallyadjust,changethefrequencyoutputvaluetoadjustthecontrolthespeedofthepumpmotor,toensurethatthepipenetworkpressureconstantrequirements.

Theapplicationofinverterintheconstantpressurewatersupply

一.Thecharacteristicandanalysisofvariablefrequencyspeedregulation

二.Theapplicationofvariablefrequencycontrolconstantpressurewatersupplymode

Usuallyinthesamewayinthewatersupplysystem,settingmultiplecommonpump,watersupplywhenthequantityofmultipumpfullopen,watersupplyononeortwohours.Inthevariablefrequencyspeedcontrolforconstantpressurewatersupply,intwoways,oneisallpumpswithafrequencyconverter;

三.ThePIDcontrolprinciple

Accordingtothefeedbackprinciple:

tomaintainaphysicalquantityunchangedoressentiallyunchanged,itshouldbringthephysicalquantityandtheconstantcomparison,toformaclosedloopsystem.Wewanttokeepthepressureconstant,sowemustintroducethehydraulicfeedbackvaluewithagivenvalue,therebyformingaclosedloopsystem.Butthecontrolsystemischaracterizedbynonlinear,inertialsystem,nowthecontrolmethodcombinedwithPIDinthelargepressurefluctuation,usingfuzzycontrol,inordertoacceleratetheresponsespeedinthepressurerange;

usingPIDtomaintainstaticaccuracy.ThisthroughthePLCandintelligentinstrumentcanshowthealgorithm,whilethePLCprogrammingtoshowwhenthepumpfrequencyandinverterswitchingbetween.Practicehasprovedthat,usingthismethodisfeasible,andthecostisnothigh.

Tomaintaintheconstantpressurewatersupplynetwork,accordingtothefeedbacktheoreminnetworkmanagementsysteminstalledonthepressuretransmitterasafeedbackelement,becauseoflong,largediameterpipesystemofwatersupply,pipelinepressurechargingareslower,sothesystemisabigtimelagsystem,isnoteasytodirectlywithPIDregulatorforcontrol,andadoptsPLCisinvolvedinthecontrolofthewaytoachievethecontrolsystemregulatestheeffect.

四.Frequencycontrol

Usingfrequencycontroltorealizeconstantpressurewatersupply,withadjustablevalvetorealizeconstantpressurewatersupply,energy-savingeffectisverysignificant(accordingtothespecificcircumstancescalculated).Theutilitymodelhastheadvantagesof:

1,startingbalance,thestartingcurrentcanbelimitedwithinspecifiedcurrent,therebyavoidingthestartingtimeoftheimpactofpowergrid;

2,becausetheaveragerotationalspeedofpumpisreduced,therebyprolongingtheservicelifeofpumpandvalveetc.;

3,caneliminatethestartandstopofthewaterhammereffect;
