自动售货机控制系统设计

摘要

随着科技的快速发展，自动化控制已经在生活中得到广泛的应用，给人们生活带来很多便利。

而自动售货机就是一种自动化控制下的产物，其操作简单，可以充分的补充人力资源的不足，当前我国人口数量庞大，自动售货机在人们的生活中扮演越来越重要的角色，从长远来看其具有广阔的发展空间。

本次设计的自动售货机为饮料自动售货机，详细介绍了自动售货机的结构组成，包括记币系统、比较系统、选择系统、饮料供应系统、推币系统以及报警系统。

通过自动售货机的功能分析列出I/O分配表以及控制系统流程图。

并且根据控制系统流程图编写符合自动售货机功能的程序。

如果购物后有剩余金额，则可按退币按钮退币。

本设计以三菱FX2N-48MR型PLC为主控制器，基于GX-Developer编程软件，采用顺序控制的程序设计思路，设计了系统控制程序，完成梯形图后可以在三菱PLC仿真软件进行调试和仿真。

该设计提高了自动售货机的可靠性和执行效率，且系统维护容易，维修简单，有一定的市场推广价值。

Abstract

Withtherapiddevelopmentof scienceandtechnology, automationandcontrolhasbeenwidelyused inlife, bringalotof conveniencetopeople'slife. Andthevendingmachine isanautomatic control product, itsoperationissimple,problemscanbe fully complementarytohuman resources, the numberofChina's hugepopulation, thevendingmachine isplayingamoreandmoreimportant role inpeople's life, inthelongrun ithas broadspacefordevelopment.

Thedesignofavendingmachineforbeveragevendingmachine,thearchitectureofthevendingmachinewasintroducedindetail,includingthecurrencysystem,comparisonandselectionsystem,beveragesupply,pushingcurrencysystemandalarmsystem.ByanalyzingthefunctionofthevendingmachineI/Oallocationlistandflowchartofcontrolsystem.Andaccordingtotheflowchartofcontrolsystemofprogramswritteninvendingmachinefunction.Iftheremainingamountaftershopping,canpressworkbuttontowork.ThisdesignisgivenprioritytowithMitsubishiFX2N-48MrTypePLCcontroller,basedontheGX-Developerprogrammingsoftware,thesequencecontrolprogramdesignidea,designthesystemcontrolprogram,aftercompletioninMitsubishiPLCladderdiagramsimulationsoftwaredebuggingandsimulation.

Thedesignimprovesthereliabilityofthevendingmachineandtheexecutionefficiency,andsystemmaintenanceeasy,maintenancesimple,havecertainmarketvalue.
