【听力】考生应能听懂日常生活以及社会生活中的一般性谈话，平均语速为每分钟140个单词。

【口语】考生应能就日常生活和工作中的常见情景进行对话，表达个人意见、观点和态度。
根据特定场景进行有效、得体的口头交际；

主动交流，并能用适当的补救措施解决交流中出现的困难。
