1.1Objectives
OurobjectiveinexecutingthisprojectistomobilizesufficientresourcesandexertallrequiredeffortinordertoensurecompletionoftheProjectinaccordancewiththerequirementssetintheContractandwithinthetimeframesetintheTenderDocument.

EmphasisonQualityandSafety
Inpursuingtheaboveobjective,greatemphasiswillbeplacedonthequalityofdeliveredproductandHealth,SafetyandEnvironmentalissues.QA/QCandSafetysub-organizationsareincorporatedwithintheProjectOrganizationtodevelopandimplementrelevantprocedures.

InthissectionwehighlightthemajorelementsoftheScopeofWork,detailofwhichareclearlyoutlinedintheTenderDocuments.

InlinewithKahramaa’scommitmenttoprovidecustomerswithhighqualitywaterservice,thereisanurgentneedtoextenddistributionnetworktoDohaandtherapidlygrowingremotecommunitiesallovertheStateofQatar
ItisenvisionedthatifpipedwatersupplywillreachtheruralareasofMekaines,Duhail,BuGhawan(Shahaniya),Muaither,UmmGrainAlKhor,andotherareaslocatedallovertheStateofQatar,itwillsignificantlyreducethenumberofconsumersmostlydependentfromthedeliveryofwatertankers,resultingtoanefficientwatersupplyserviceintermsofqualityandsufficientservicepressure
Accordingly,KahramaaisurgentlyimplementingGTC644/2014-ExtensionofDistributionNetwork(Phase6)projectwhichisdividedintotwo

3.PROJECTORGANIZATION
TheproposedprojectorganizationstructureindicateshowtheProjectManagementTeam(PMT)isorganized.ThePMTisgenerallybasedonsiteandfullydedicatedtotheProject.ThePMTislogicallydividedintotwomajorgroups:

Theorganizationofactivitiesisbasedonthepremiseoflumpingallinterdependentactivitiesunderoneunitsuchthatinterfacingandcoordinationbetweenthevariousunitsiskepttoaminimum.SupportActivitiessuchassurveying,asphaltproduction,plant,rebarcuttingandbending,carpentryworkshop,screens,crushers,scaffoldingpre-cast,etcarealsogroupedinamannertominimizeduplicatedsupervisionandinterfacecoordination.

4.MOBILIZATIONANDLOGISTICS
Wewillallowadequateperiodfromnoticetocommenceforourinitialandprimarymobilizationandinadditionduringthisperiod,preparetheinitialsubmittalsforlongleadmaterialduringtheearlystagesoftheproject.Weareplacingimportanceon"

4.1TemporaryFacilities
Mobilizationwillbeinaccordancewiththecontractrequirementswherealltemporaryfacilitiesrequiredfortheexecutionofpermanentworksareputinplacewithinthemobilizationperiod

Allarrangementswillbemadeforthesupplyanddistributionoftemporarylightingandpowertothesiteforallpurposesinconnectionwiththecontract
