Introduction

1.1.Introduction

Inthe21stcentury,thepopularityofcomputerapplicationsandinformationtechnology,networktechnologytothepeople'

sworkandlifehasbroughtgreatconvenienceandefficiency,informationtechnology,electronictechnologyhasbecomeoperationalcostsavings,improveefficiencyofchoice.Incontrast,aconsiderablenumberofdomesticuniversityhospitalsintheinformationmanagementprocessalsouserelativelyconservativemanualwork,dataqueryandthehighcostofstorage,andefficiencyisstilllow.Therefore,thehospital'

sinformationmanagementneedsofschoolsystemstoefficient,low-cost,convenientforhospitalinformationdataqueryandstorage.

1.1.1.Scenario

Computersoftwarehasbecomeindispensableinmodernsociety,theelements,becomeadrivingforce.Itistheengineofthecommercialdecision-making;

Itisamodernscientificandengineeringproblemsolvingbased;

itistodistinguishbetweenmodernproductsandservices,akeyfactor.ProjectteamcoulddevelopahospitalfortheUniversityhospitalinformationmanagementsystem.UniversityHospitalinordertomeettheneedsofthedevelopmentworktoaccelerateinformationtechnologytoimprovemedicalservicequalityandefficiency.UniversityHospital,mainlyfaculty,staff,students,familymembersprovidemedicalservices,includingoutpatient,medicalandotherservices.UniversitiesHospitalinformationabouttheseitemsintothecomputersystemunifiedmanagementfortimelyaccesstorelevantinformation,toenhancethemedicaleffectivenessandmanagementefficiency.

Currentlythesoftwarealreadyonthemarketfunctionmorecompleteinformationonvarioustypesofhospitalmanagementsoftware,buttheschoolisnotwidelyusedintheuniversityhospitalmanagementinformationsystemsoftware.Takingallfactors,thereisnoneedtobuyready-mademarket,thehigherpriceofthesoftware,althoughthefunctionsofthesoftwareisquiteperfect,onlyforschoolstodevelopasimpleschoolofsmallandmediumhospitalmanagementinformationsystemonit,inlargesoftwareontheonehandagoodmulti-redundant,justdecoration,andnotactuallyusedfortheuniversityhospital,mainlyinStockalarmandstockinformationthisone,forstudents,facultymedicalinformationmanagementwasnotperfect,andsomesimplydidnotthispart,butthisinformationisveryimportant,benefitfromtheschoolinallaspectsofhospitalmanagementstafftoanalyzethesituationonthepharmacymanagement.Therefore,thedevelopmentofsuchaschoolhospitalmanagementinformationsystemisinlinewiththemarketdevelopmentneeds,andbecausepharmacystaffwerepresent,theyoungage,freshthingstoacceptexternalhighcapacity,fullycapableofthesetofmanagementinformationsystemusesothatwecanhelpworkersfromthetediousrepetitiveworktoextricate,toimprovetheefficiencyofhospitalsthroughouttheschool.

sregisteredinformationandcashinformation,registeredinformationincludingthestudentidorjobnumber,registereddepartment,chooseadoctor,registerfees,medicaldate.Registrationdepartmentincludesphysiciansandsurgeons,registeredcostsalsovary,suchasstudentsandworkersregisteredcostsarenotthesame.Othermanagementmainlymaintenanceallkindsofcode（outpatientfeetype,outpatientsubjects,thedoctorsubordinatedepartmentsandpersonnelbasicmaterial,etc.）anddatabackup,statistics（suchasaccordingtothenumberofprescriptionofworkloadstatisticsaboutthedoctoretc.）
