Abstract

Thispaperhavediscusseds.s.ZL-50typefork-lifttruckmainlyoverallfictitiousprototypedesignaswellassomekindsoftypicalschoolworkoperatingmodesimitateandemulate,includeequipmentandtheoverallpartsneededbuildmould.Inthisdesigncourse,haveappliedADAMSsoftwareandthesoftwareofPRO/ENGINEER.ADAMSsoftwareisusedintheemulationofsomekindsofschoolworkoperatingmodes,andthesoftwareofPRO/ENGINEERisusedtobuildmouldmainly.Throughthesimulatedemulationforsomekindsofoverallschoolworkoperatingmodes,canseerelativelydistinctlytheoverallpossibleconditioninactualschoolworkcoursethatmet,canintimemodify,havereducedactualdesigntime,haveraisedproductionefficiency.

TheinnovationofthisdesignZhiisinin,imitateandhaveemulatedfork-lifttruckthe3kindsoftypicalschoolworkoperatingmodeinactualschoolwork,iseffectagainhaveimitatedinactualschoolworkthehydraulicimpactofuse,sowhenbeinghelpfultosolveactualloading,theactualproblemofmeetingthestockthatishardtouninstallcansoraiseproductionefficiency.

sfirstarticulatedwheelloader,thuscreatingourindustryloaderformationanddevelopmenthistory.

Z450-typeloaderwithhydraulicmechanicaltransmission,powershift,Shuangqiaoshandrive,hydraulicmanipulation,articulatedpowersteering,gasoilAfterburnerbrakewheelloaders,andothermodern,thebasicstructureoftheworld'

sadvancedlevelforthetime.Basicallyrepresentthefirstgenerationofwheeledloadingthebasicstructure.Theaircraftintheoverallperformanceofdynamic,andinsertionforceariseofpowerandflexibility,manipulationoflight,thehigheroperatingefficiencyofaseriesofadvantages.

onbehalfofwheel,forZL50toZ450,itissodevelopedaLIUGONGZL50-basedChinaZL-wheelloadersseriesofstandards,thisisWongloaderonthedevelopmentofChina'

samajorturningpoint.Thestandardwasworkedoutbytheindustryafterthedivisionoflabor,LIUGONGXiamenZL40themanufactureofthelargeandmediumwheelloaders,asworkers,tothefollowingsmallandmedium-sizedmanufacturingZL30wheelloaders,andgraduallyformedaLIUGONGXiamenworkers,and10%forworkersattheloadertofourbackboneenterprises.Tothelate1970s,early1980sloadermanufacturingenterprisesinChinahasincreasedtomorethan20,Chinahasinitiallyformedtheloaderindustry.Sofar,Chinahasdevelopedwheelloadertothethirdgeneration,butthebasicstructureisstilltheZ450(ZL50)evolvedfrom.Changeisnotaverylargesecondgeneration,thirdgenerationofsomelargerchanges.2001Chinaloaderindustry-widetotalsaleshaveexceeded30,000Taiwan,theworldloaderintheforefrontofthemarket.Therefore,atpresent,Chinahasbecometheworld'

sloadermarketingpower.

Prospectofsmallloader

Foralongtime,smallloaderalwaysbeenneglectedinthestatusofagovernmentdepartment,nottoregulatethemanagementoftheindustry,well-knownbusinessesloaderproductsisdismissive.However,thesedidnotaffectsmallloader(hereinafterreferredtosmallequipment)rapiddevelopment,andnowwithasmallmarketdespiteitshugemarketdemandhasattractedsuchastheLongrenownedengineeringmachineryenterprisestoparticipateinthecompetition,themainbattlefieldintheruralareaswiththesmallsizeofthemarket,saleshavealreadyreached4~5million,morethan200brandstoparticipateinmarketcompetition.Butsmallmarketcanbesaidtobeinstalledspeedexpansiondisorderlycompetitioncoexist.Howtoachieveindustrialupgradingisplacedinfrontofthesmallequipmentindustrymustresolveaproblem.

Comparedwithlargeandmedium-sizedindustriesloaders,smallwiththedevelopmentoftheindustrycanuse"

todescribe,notonlygovernmentdepartmentsrelatedtotheabsenceofindustrialpoliciesordevelopmentplans,andtodate,industryhasnotcompletelyclearattribution,therealityofthesmallequipmentindustriesacrossengineeringmachinery,agriculturalmachineryandconstructionmachinery,thethreeindustriesofgreyareas.Despitethesmallmarketwithaflourishing,butallsmallequipmentmanufacturersanddealerscandodgeexistsintheindustrybeforethemanyobstaclestodevelopment.

Smallinstalledmainlyreferstotheratedloadbetween0.3~0.9Tproducts,alsoknownasmicro-loader.Asindustryownershipisnotclear,withsmallproductshasbeennounifiednationaltechnologyandqualitystandards,theoverwhelmingmajorityofproductsareinstalledinthesmall-wheeledtractordevelopedonthebasisofthe.Inadditionsmallinstalledtheproductiscurrentlyusedbythemaincomponentpartsfromtractorsandlighttruck,notbytheneedsofsmallequipmentforlow-speedheavy-dutybridge,specialbinskeycomponentparts,includingevensmallprojectswithspecialtires.Asalowtechnicalcontent,resultinginaverylowthresholdofindustryandbecomethedefacto"

Itispreciselybecausethestrengthofsmallenterpriseswithverylimitedproductswithouthightechnologycontent,inthevastmajorityofenterprisestoparticipateinmarketcompetitionareintheprocessofbasicallyasinglemeanstopricecompetitiontosellproductsforthepurpose,withouttakingintoaccountfuturemarketthings.Inthecommonwiththecreditindustry,services,brandcompetitionmeanssmallindustrybasicallynotinstalled,inadditiontodifferencesinthestrengthofenterprisesandproductdifferentiation,marketingandmanagementphilosophythatisthedeep-seatedcauses.

Increasedmarketdifferentiation

Unliketheprecedingtwoyears,withnosmallonthefutureofthemarketisbasicallynodoubts.However,whenthesmallruralinstalledbythenewfaceofthebuildingthevastpotentialmarketdemand,whetheritistheproductitself,orthelevelofindustrialdevelopmentisclearlynotsatisfied.

Andbecauseofthedoubleimpactofexternalfactors,withsmallmarketdifferentiationisaninexorabletrend.

Relyingsolelyonpricecompetitionmeansdoesnotmakethesmallfavorablywithindustrydevelopment.Infact,itisduetoexcessivepricecompetition,leadingtosmallenterpriseswithlowprofitability,sales,andtheprosperityoftheentireindustrycannothidethecrisisofsurvival.Anticipatewithafewsmallcompanieshavestartedthe"

intheproductupgradesatthesametime,learnfromtheequipmentindustryandotherrelatedindustriesexperience,toestablishtheirownmarketingteamanddistributionnetworkandmarketcompetitiontendstodifferentiation.
