Thispaperhavediscusseds.s.ZL-50typefork-lifttruckmainlyoverallfictitiousprototypedesignaswellassomekindsoftypicalschoolworkoperatingmodesimitateandemulate,includeequipmentandtheoverallpartsneededbuildmould.Inthisdesigncourse,haveappliedADAMSsoftwareandthesoftwareofPRO/ENGINEER.ADAMSsoftwareisusedintheemulationofsomekindsofschoolworkoperatingmodes,andthesoftwareofPRO/ENGINEERisusedtobuildmouldmainly.Throughthesimulatedemulationforsomekindsofoverallschoolworkoperatingmodes,canseerelativelydistinctlytheoverallpossibleconditioninactualschoolworkcoursethatmet,canintimemodify,havereducedactualdesigntime,haveraisedproductionefficiency.
TheinnovationofthisdesignZhiisinin,imitateandhaveemulatedfork-lifttruckthe3kindsoftypicalschoolworkoperatingmodeinactualschoolwork,iseffectagainhaveimitatedinactualschoolworkthehydraulicimpactofuse,sowhenbeinghelpfultosolveactualloading,theactualproblemofmeetingthestockthatishardtouninstallcansoraiseproductionefficiency.

Prospectofsmallloader
Foralongtime,smallloaderalwaysbeenneglectedinthestatusofagovernmentdepartment,nottoregulatethemanagementoftheindustry,well-knownbusinessesloaderproductsisdismissive.However,thesedidnotaffectsmallloader(hereinafterreferredtosmallequipment)rapiddevelopment,andnowwithasmallmarketdespiteitshugemarketdemandhasattractedsuchastheLongrenownedengineeringmachineryenterprisestoparticipateinthecompetition,themainbattlefieldintheruralareaswiththesmallsizeofthemarket,saleshavealreadyreached4~5million,morethan200brandstoparticipateinmarketcompetition.Butsmallmarketcanbesaidtobeinstalledspeedexpansiondisorderlycompetitioncoexist.Howtoachieveindustrialupgradingisplacedinfrontofthesmallequipmentindustrymustresolveaproblem.
