特殊句式——强调句

【学习目标】

1.掌握强调句型五个考点

2.灵活运用强调句型五个考点

强调句可以对句中的主语，定语，状语等进行充分强调，以达到突出信息的交际目的。

一．强调的基本结构

Itis/was+被强调部分+that/who+句子其他部分

▲注意：

1.如果被强调部分是人，则可用who代替that,其他情况必须用that

2.原句的谓语动词如果是现在或将来时态要用itis…that/who…

如果原句谓语动词是过去时态，则用itwas…that/who…

eg:

IcaughtsightofthecriminalyesterdayinthehotelwhereIstayed.昨天我在我住的那个旅馆看见了那个罪犯。

强调主语：

ItwasIwho/thatcaughtsightofthecriminalyesterdayinthehotelwhereIstayed.

强调宾语：

Itwasthecriminalthat/whoIcaughtsightofyesterdayinthehotelwhereIstayed.

强调时间状语﹙不用when﹚：

ItwasyesterdaythatIcaughtsightofthecriminalinthehotelwhereIstayed.

强调地点状语﹙不用where﹚：

ItwasinthehotelwhereIstayedthatIcaughtsightofthecriminalyesterday.

二．强调句的一般疑问句句型为：

Is/wasit+被强调部分+that/who…?

Wasitthecriminalthat/whoyoucaughtsightofyesterdayinthehotelwhereyoustayed.

昨天你在你住的那个旅馆看到的是那个罪犯吗？

三．强调句的特殊疑问句句型为：

特殊疑问词+is/wasit+that/who…?

Wherewasitthatyoucaughtsightofthecriminalyesterday?

昨天你在哪儿看见了那个罪犯？

四：

Not…until句型的强调结构为：

Itis/wasnotuntil…that…

▲注意：

习惯上不用nottill,而且不能用when引导。

Itwasnotuntilhewastiredoutthathestoppedworking.

他直到筋疲力尽才停止工作。

五：

和其他从句的对比

1.Itwasat4o’clockintheafternoonthatIarrivedinNewYork.﹙强调句﹚

我是在下午4点到达纽约的。

2.Itwas4o’clockintheafternoonwhenIarrivedinNewYork.=whenIarrivedinNewYork,Itwas4o’clockintheafternoon.﹙时间状语从句﹚

▲注意：

去掉itis/was…that，句子仍然完整是区别强调句与其他从句的重要特征。
