1.GENERALSITUATION工程概况
1.1INTRODUCTION概述
TheproposalismaindescribethecolumninternalsinstallationofZNSILIproject.It’sintotal5column.Theinstallationformistraycolumn,theproposalwilldescribetheinstallationtypeprocess.
本方案主要描述中宁硅业多晶硅项目5个塔的塔内件的安装，安装形式为：
塔盘塔的安装。
本方案将对该安装形式的具体过程进行详细描述。

3.PREREQUISITE先决条件
3.1Theequipmenthasbeeninstalledintoplaceandpassedtheinspection;
设备安装就位，找平找正并灌浆后方可进行塔内件的安装；
3.2Thepackingdocumentofinternalpartsshouldbecomplete,andthequantityshouldbecomplete;
塔内件的安装图纸及其出场资料已经到位，塔内件的数量正确；
3.3Theinternalpartshouldbeevidentlymarked,thesurfaceshouldbefreefromthesundries,suchasrust,dirty,sand,dustetc;
塔内件安装前应有明确的标识，并且表面没有杂物和灰尘；
3.4Thesupportringsofinternalpartsshouldbeinstalledwholly,andpassedtheinspectionoflevelness;
塔内件安装前检查支撑圈，应该完整无损，并且水平度经检查符合要求；
3.5Theconstructionpersonnelshouldparticipateinthesafetytechnicalexplanation,befamiliarwithconstructiondrawings,determinethetechnicalrequirementandknowconstructionprocess;
所有施工人员必须参加安全技术交底，熟悉施工图纸，技术要求，施工程序；
3.6Thetoolsandmachinesforconstructionhavebeenready,kindsofmeasuretoolsandinstrumentmustbepassedtheverificationandwithinavailableperiod;
施工机具和机械设备准备齐全，测量器具检测合格并在有效日期之内；
3.7Shouldcarryoutthesitesafetytechnicalmeasure,andsetemergencypreplan;
应当制定现场安全技术措施，并制定应急预案；
3.8Shouldprovideenoughlightingforconstruction,keepthesiteclean,andtransportationroadunblocked;
施工区域应当提供足够的照明，保持现场的清洁和道路的畅通；
3.9Beforetheinternalpartsinstallation,shouldapplyworkpermitinconfinedspacepertherelevantHSEspecification.在塔内件安装之前，应当得到HSE部门的受限空间作业许可证。
4.DETAILEDDESCRIPTION主要施工步骤
4.1TECHNOLOGYPREPARATION技术准备
4.1.1Drawingsandtechnicaldocumentsiscomplete,andthedrawingrevisionshallbethelatestone.备齐技术规范和最新版图纸；
4.1.2Alltheprocedure,schedule,documentsanddetaildrawingshavebeenissued;
所有的作业工序、进度表、规范和图纸均是已经发布的；
4.1.3Safetyandtechniqueinstructionperformed.做好班组技术交底、安全措施交底工作。
4.2CONSTRUCTIONPREPARATIONANDREQUIREMENT施工准备及要求
4.2.1Constructionpersonnelarequalified.合格的施工人员；
4.2.2Theequipmentandtoolsforconstructionarecomplete.Theequipmentsandtoolsisavailable,themeasurementtoolsandsurveyinginstrumentsarequalifiedbycalibrationandinthetermofvalidity.备齐设备內件安装所需要使用的合格的工机具、测量工具，并且在检验合格的有效期内；
4.2.3Thetypeandquantityofmaterialsanditemsforconstructionarecompleteandqualifiedbyverification.备齐安装所需要的合格的、足量的材料；
4.2.4Bothendsofthescaffoldpipeshallbepacked，avoidingtheinnerpartsoftheequipmentbedamnificated.搭设脚手架的时候，将脚手架管两端用软物包裹，确保设备内壁不受损伤。
4.2.5Specialcareshallbeexercisedthatthereareseveraltypesoftowertrayforeachcolumn,whichtypeshallbeusedforeachlayeroftowertrayduringinstallation.Andconstructionpersonnelhavetobeclearlyawareofwhichlayeroftowertraytheyareinstalling.施工人员要特别注意的是：
每台塔的塔盘都有几种类型，安装时一定要分清塔盘的种类。
而且要明确知道，正在安装的塔盘是第几层。
4.2.6Theconstructionpersonnelinsidecolumnshallnotlayhisweightonthecolumnplate,butstandonthebeam.塔内施工人员须穿干净的胶底鞋，施工人员在塔内不得将体重加在塔板上，应站在梁上或梁上的垫板上。
4.2.7Itisnotallowedforconstructionpersonneltobringwithhimunwantedpartsexceptforfastenersforthelayerandnecessarytools.ItmustwearSiamesedoverallstoenterthecolumn.Nocigarettes,lighter,coinsthatareeasilytofallarenotallowedtoputinthepocket.Specialcareshallbeexercisedattighteningboltstopreventtheboltsfrombeingoutofhands.Incasethatthearticlesarecarelesslyfallenontothenextlayer,theyshallbepickedupback.Thebottompipeendshallbecoveredwithplasticcloth.施工人员进入塔内必须穿连体工作服，严禁携带所使用工具之外的其他物品，拧螺栓时要特别小心，防止螺栓脱手。
不慎将物品掉到下层，一定要拣回。
底部管口铺上塑料布。
4.2.8Aftercompletionofeachlayeroftowertray,inspectionshallbedonesothatnoforeignmattersareleftinsidethecolumn.每层塔盘安装完毕后，必须进行检查，不得将杂物遗忘在塔内。
4.2.9hemanholesealingfaceshallbeprotectedwellandshallnotbedamagedwhenthetraypartsbeingmovedintothecolumn.人孔密封面要保护好，往塔内运塔盘零部件时，不要碰撞人孔密封面（密封面用橡胶板或硬塑料进行保护）。
4.2.10Itmustbepre-assembledbeforeinternalsinstallation,.Assemblytraypartsasperdrawingoutsidethecolumn,adjustandcheckwhetheritfitstothedrawingrequirements.塔盘安装前进行预组装，预组装时在塔外按组装图把塔盘零部件组装一层，调整并检查塔盘是否符合图纸要求。
4.2.11Measuringcan’tbestart,whentheequipmentwasirradiatedoneside.塔盘的测量工作，不应在塔体一侧受太阳光线照射下进行。
4.2.12Theworkercan’toverthetraycarryingcapacity,whoworksonthetray.Generally,notoverthefollowingtableshow.一层塔盘的承载人数不得超过塔盘的承载能力，一般不宜超过下表的规定；

4.2.14Wheninstallinginternalparts,itshouldbestrictlyasthedrawingregulationtoensuregasandliquidareevenlyfortransferringmediumandheat.内件安装时，应严格按图纸规定施工，以确保传质、传热时气液分布均匀。
4.3CHECKINGANDACCEPTANCEFORTHECOLUMNINTERNALS.塔内件的验收、清点、检查及保管
4.3.1Theinternalshallaccordwiththedesignrequirement.Thecertificateandinstallationspecificationetc.isneed.交付安装的内件必须符合设计要求，并附有出厂合格证明书及安装说明书等技术文件。
4.3.2The3-partycheckingprinciplewillbeputintopractice:
Owner/EPC,SupervisingCompanyandthesubcontractor.2unpackingworkersand1managerwillworktogetherfortheunpackingcheck.Accordingtothepackinglistanddrawing,the“UnpackingInspectionReport”needtobefilledinasthefollowing.我公司遵守三方检查原则：
业主/监理、管理公司、承包商。
我方将安排2名开箱工人及一名管理人员来协调开箱清点工作，对照装箱单及图纸，按下列项目检查与清点，并填写“开箱报告”。
1）Checkingthecratenumberandcasing.箱号、箱数及包装情况；
2）Tag,typeandmaterial.内件名称、规格、型号及材质；
3）Theinternaldimensionandquality.内件的尺寸及数量；
4）Checkingthesurfacemar,denaturalizationandrust.表面损伤、变型及锈蚀状况。
4.3.3Thetowertraypartsshallbehandledwithcareduringmovingandinstallationtopreventthemfromcollisionandcontaminationandtoavoiddistortionanddamage.搬运和安装塔盘零部件时，要轻拿轻放，防止碰撞弄脏，避免变形损坏。
4.4THESTORAGEANDTRANSPORTIONofCOLUMNINTERNALS塔内件的储存和运输
4.4.1InternalswillbetransportedbyOwneraccordingtheworkingplanfromthewarehouseoftheClienttothesite.
业主将按工作计划将塔内件从业主仓库运至现场。
4.5INTERNALSLIFTINGANDMOVINGINTOTHECOLUMN塔内件吊装并转移至塔内
4.5.1Basedonthesingleboxweight,one25tauto-cranewithjibandone2twenchwillworkforInternalslifting.
根据塔内件的单箱重量，我方拟采用一台25T汽车吊和一台2T的卷扬机用于塔内件的吊装。
4.5.2Deliverers,blocksandtailingropeswillbepreparedforeachinstallationgroupproperly.Thedelivererhastostayattheplatformnearthemanhole,tocontrolthefallingspeedandmakethedeliveryprocesssafe.
我方对于每个安装小组，将配备相应的传递人员，并配备滑轮、溜绳。
传递人员主要停留在人孔处的平台，控制塔内件进入塔内的进度，同时保证塔内件传递至塔内的安全。
4.6INSTALLATIONofTRAYCOLUMNINTERNALS塔盘塔内件的安装
Theinstallationshallbeperformedinthefollowingsequence（thetowertrayshallbeinstalledfromthelowertotheupper）:
安装应按下列顺序进行（塔盘应由下向上安装）：
Supportingpointmeasurement→downcomerinstallation→beamerection→towertrayplateinstallation→overflowweirinstallation→foreignmatterremoval→finalinspection→manholeclosing→recordscompletion.支撑点测量→降液板安装→横梁安装→受液盘安装→塔盘板安装→溢流堰安装→杂物清理→最终检查→人孔封闭→填写记录
1）Re-measurethelevelnessandspacingofsupportingringoftowertray.复测塔盘支持圈的水平度及间距
2）Itisnotedthatmeasurementshallnotbedonewhentheonesideofcolumnisunderthesunlight,asthiswillcauseabigerrorinmeasurementresult.应该注意，测量工作不应在塔体一侧受太阳光线照射下进行，因为这样会给测量结果造成很大的误差。
3）Employleveltomeasurethelevelnessofsupportingring
用水平仪测量支持圈的水平度
4）Fixtheliquidstoragepotoflevelontothesupportingringinthepreviousupperlayer,placethelowerendofscaleatthemeasuringpointofsupportingring.Thedifferencebetweenreadingsofglasstubelevelgaugeatdifferentmeasuringpointsisthedevi
