Carbonfiberreinforcementtechnologyasanewtypeofstructuralreinforcementtechnologyintheconstructionengineering,istheuseofresinbondedmaterialstotheconcretesurface,makingconcreteandcarbonfibertoformacompositewhole,andworktogether.Atthesametime,thetechnologyhastheadvantagesofconvenientconstruction,highstrength,wideapplicationandlightweight.Therefore,carbonfiberreinforcementtechnologyintheconstructiondefectsreinforcementtreatmenthasbeenwidelyused,soastoensurethebuildingbearingabilityandstability,improvetheshearresistanceandbendingcapacityofbuildingstructuralmembers,improvethequalityofthewholeconstructionproject,achievethepurposetothebuildingstructurereinforcement,andprolongtheservicelifeofthebuilding.

One,carbonfiberreinforcedstructuralcomponenttechnologyprinciple.

Carbonfiberreinforcedstructuralcomponenttechnologyistheconcretestructureoftheexternalpastefiberreinforcedcompositesheet,bothworktogetherinordertoachievethepurposeofstrengthening.Becausethecarbonfibermaterialhasgoodcorrosionresistance,highstrength,lightweightandelasticmodulushigheradvantages,comparedwithordinarysteel,thetensilestrengthofcarbonfiberisabouttentimesthatofit,andelasticmodulushigherthanit.Forreinforcedconcretestructures,thecarbonfibermaterialsweusedcanbedividedintotwokinds:

carbonfibermaterialandmatchingresin.Comparedwiththeconstructionsteel,thetensilestrengthofcarbonfiberistentimesandelasticmodulusisquiteequaltoit,evensomeoftheelasticmodulusofcarbonfiberinitmorethantwotimes,andhasagooddurabilityandconstructionperformance,socarbonfiberisaverygoodreinforcementandrepairmaterials.Inaddition,forsupportingresin,includingresinofthesubstrate,thelevelingresinandbondingresin,theresinofthesubstrateandlevelingresinhaveanimportantroleoncarbonfiberbondingquality,andbondingresincanmakeconcreteandcarbonfiberformingacomplexwhole,worktogether,inordertoimprovethebearingcapacityofbuildingstructuralmembers,toachievethepurposeofbuildingstructurememberstrengthening.

Two,thebasiccharacteristicsofcarbonfibermaterials.

1,carbonfibersheet.

Accordingtothemechanicalpropertiesofthematerial,theelasticmodulusofthecarbonfibermaterialisnotthesame.Accordingtothemechanicalpropertiesofcarbonfibersheet,themainisthehighmodulus,highstrengthandmediummodulus.Thehighmoduluscarbonfiberclothischaracterizedbyitslowelongationatbreakbuthighelasticmodulus.Theunitweightofcarbonfiberclothisnotcomparablewiththatofsteel,Carbonfibersheetisverythin,butbecauseofthechemicalstructureofcarbonfiber,thefibercanbeusedforanyacidsaltandallkindsofchemicalmediumenvironment,donotbeafraidofcorrosionandcanresistthelowtemperatureorhightemperaturethermalexpansionandcontraction.

Intheconstructionproject,themainmaterialusedinthereinforcedconcretestructurerepairtechnologyisbottomcoating,putty,bondingresinorimpregnatedresin,anditsfunctionsaredifferent.Firstofall,forthebottomcoating,theconcretesurfaceismoreapplicable,canspeedupthebond,inordertoensurethestabilityoftheinterface.Secondly,fortheputty,mainlyonvariouspartsofthesurfacearefilled,fillupthegapoftheentiresurface,sothatthefunctionofcarbonfibersheetcanbefullyplayed.Then,thebondingresinhasthefunctionofstickingtothecarbonfiberboard,andtheimpregnatedresinhasthefunctionofstickingtothecarbonfibercloth.Thebondingresinandtheimpregnatedresinareusedmainlytobondthecarbonfibersheettoeachpartoftheconcretecomponent,whichcanmakethescatteredpartsformawhole,andthetwoworktogether.Inaddition,theepoxyresinismainlyappliedtothehighwayconcretebridge,theuseofcarbonfibersheetreinforcementtechnologyisalsomoreappropriate,whenpresentinavarietyofcircumstances,withthechangeoftemperature,ithassomeinfluenceonitscuringproperties,therefore,toalargeextent,thequalityofpasteisgoodorbad,whichhasanimportantimpactonthenumberofregulartrafficdisruptiontime.

Three,strengtheningconstructiontechnologyofcarbonfiberreinforcedmaterials.

Strengtheningconstructiontechnologyofcarbonfiberreinforcedmaterials:

unloading--basaltreatment--baserubber--leveling--paste--protection.

1,unloading.

Forunloading,itistoremovethenontubecomponents,sothatitcanmaketheimpactonothercomponentsreduceeffectively.

2,basaltreatment.

(1)Iftheconcretesurfaceproducesthephenomenonsofcorrosion,hollowing,honeycombandspalling,youneedtocutoutoftheseparts.Foralargerareaofpoorquality,afterthecuttingoperation,theepoxymortarshouldbeusedtorepairthework.

(2)Forthepartthatproducesthecrack,itshouldbetreatedinafullyclosedmanner.

(3)Forthefloat,oilandotherimpuritiesontheconcretesurface,weshoulduseconcretegrinder,sandpapertoremove.Inaddition,toensurethesurfaceofthecomponentissmooth,polishtheraisedpartofthesurface,thecornershouldmakeChamferingprocessing,andbepolishedintoacirculararc.

(4)Beforethebaseoperation,mustkeeptheconcretesurfacedryclean,ifnotinlinewiththerequirementsoftheconstruction,weshouldusethehairdryertoblowit.

3,baserubber.

(1)Themainagentandcuringagentshouldbeplacedinthecontainer,theproportionofthemainagentandthecuringagentmustbemeasuredaccuratelyaccordingtothestandardofconstruction,thentheelectricmixerisusedtomixitevenly,determinetheamountofthedosageaccordingtotheactualtemperatureoftheconstructionsite,andcontroltheuseoftimestrictly,usuallyrunoutwithinanhour.

(2)Throughtheuseofrollerbrushbrushingthebottomevenlyintheconcretesurface,andthenextprocesscanbecarriedoutonlywhentheglueissolidified.

4,leveling.

(1)ForlevelingoperationinConstructionEngineering,itcanmakethedifferenceinheighthasbeenfurtherreduced,wecanuseFEgluelevelthepartofthesurfaceoftheconcretewhichissunken,templatejointsandotherparts.

(2)WecanalsouseFEgluetomendthecornertoasmootharc.

5,paste.

(1)Thesizeandnumberoflayersofcarbonfiberclothshallbedeterminedaccordingtotheactualrequirementsoftheconstruction.

(2)TocarryoutthedeploymentandmixofFRglue,andapplyitevenlytothepositionwhereitneedstobepasted.

(3)Whenthecarbonfiberclothispasted,nobubblescanbecreated,iftherearebubbles,wecanusethespecialrolleralongthedirectionofthefibertocarryoutrepeatedrolling,andmaketheFRgluefullysoakedcarbonfibercloth.Onlywhenthecarbonfiberclothsurfacedry,youcancarryonthenextlayerofpaste.

(4)ApplyFRglueevenlyonthesurfaceofthelastlayerofcarbonfibercloth.

6,protection.

PlasteringandfireproofcoatingshouldbeadoptedtoProtectthesurfaceofthereinforcedcarbonfibercloth.

Four,theapplicationofcarbonfibermaterialsinbuildingstructurereinforcement.

1,thescopeofapplicationofcarbonfiberreinforcedmaterials.

Applicabletovariousshapes,anypartofthestructure,brickmasonryreinforcementrepair.

2,Specificationforreinforcedconcretestructuresstrengthenedwithcarbonfibersheets.

Whentheconcreteisstrengthenedbycarbonfibersheet,thecomponentandcarbonfibersheetarebondedtogetherseamlessly,atthistime,thecarbonfibersheetandconcreteintegrateintoawhole,togethertowithstandthestress.

3,Carbonfibersheetcanbeusedinthefollowingwaystostrengthentheconcretestructuralmember.

Whenthecarbonfibersheetisusedforbendingandstrengtheningofthebeamandplatememberinthetensionzone,thedirectionofthefibershouldbeconsistentwiththedirectionofthereinforcement;

Whenthebeamsandcolumnsaresubjectedtoshearandreinforcement,itcanbeclosedUpasteorsidepaste,atthistime,fiberdirectionshouldbeperpendiculartotheaxialdirectionofthecomponent;

Theantiseismicreinforcementofbuildingscanbepastedfullyenclosed,atthistime,thefiberdirectionshouldbeperpendiculartothecolumnaxialdirection;

Whenthereissufficientevidence,thecarbonfibersheetcanalsobereinforcedaccordingtothestressstateoftheconcretestructure;

Whenthecarbonfibersheetisbondedtotheconcretestructure,wecanaccordingtothenationalstandard,uselimitstatedesignmethodbasedonprobabilitytheory,theultimatebearingcapacityandnormalcarryingcapacityofconcretestructuresarecalculatedrespectively.

Meanwhile,ontheonehand,reinforcedconcretestructureshouldbebasedonthenationalstandard,determinethecorrespondingmaterialdesignindex,andthenthroughthedetectiontosureitsactualstrengthwhethercanachievetherelevantrequirements;Ontheotherhand,thecarbonfibersheetshouldbebasedontheelasticstress-straincurvewhenthecomponentreachesthelimitstatetodeterminethecorrespondingstress;Ingeneral,theultimatetensilestrengthofcarbonfibersheetshouldnotbelessthan95%oftheguaranteedrateofthemanufacturerasamarkerofthetensilestrength.

Whenthememberisstrengthenedwithcarbonfibersheet,considerationshouldbegiventotheeffectsofstrengtheningmaterialsonthecomponentsandtheirproperties;Asbeforetheuseofcarbonfiberreinforcement,weshouldtrytoremovetheliveload,inordertoreducetheimpactonothercomponents.Thestressofl
