Abstract--FrontdoublewishboneIndependentsuspensionisbuiltaccordingtohardpointparametersofacar.Aftertherubberbushingstiffnessoflowercontrolarmischanged.ThesuspensionperformanceisanalyzedanddiscussedwithmultibodydynamicandSuspensionKinematicstheory.Theconclusioncanbedrawnasfollows:

whenwheelsarehoping,Allthestiffnessoflowercontrolarmhavenoeffectoncamberangle,casterangleandkingpin_incl_angle,andtorsionstiffnessofrubberbushinghasheavyeffectontoeangle,butaxial,radialstiffnesshavenoeffect,Whilesteering,allthestiffnessoflowercontrolarmrubberbushinghavenoeffectoncamberangleandtoeangle,torsionstiffnesshasaffectsoncamberangle,axialstiffnesshasalittleandradialstiffnesshasheavy,axialandtorsionstiffnesshavenoneonkingpin_incl_angle,butradialstiffnesshasheavy.Duringtheanalyzeoftractionforceandbrakeforce,torsionstiffnessoflowercontrolarmrubberbushinghasnoeffectoncamberangle,kingpin_incl_angleandtoeangle,axialstiffnesshasalittle,andradialstiffnessheavy,AccordingtothecurveofcasterangleVSbrakeforce,radialandaxialstiffnessofrubberbushinghavealittleaffectsoncasterangle,buttorsionstiffnessnone

I.INTRODUCTION

Doublewishboneindependentsuspensioniswidelyusedonautomobilenow.Twowishboneshaveequallengthornot.EquallengthofdoublewishboneindependentsuspensionisNotusuallyusednow,Unequallengthofdoublewishboneindependentsuspensioncankeepgoodroadabilityandreducetheinterferencebetweensuspensionandsteerbar,withreasonablestructuralparametersandProperarrangementstomaketheparameterofwheelspinandwheellocationfloatinginPermissiblerange.therefore,itiswidelyusedinfrontsuspensionofcarandsmalltruck.Frontdoublewishboneindependentsuspensionisregardasresearchobjectusingmulti—bodydynamicsandSuspensionKinematicstheorytoanalyzeanddiscustheinfluenceofsuspensionperformancebyaxial,torsion,radicalstiffnessofrubberbushing.

IITHEMODELOFTHEMULTI—BODYDYNAMICS

Multibodydynamicstheoryisthesubjectthatstudyonthemovementruleoftheobjectinsystem.Itiscomposedofmulti_rigid_bodydynamicsandmulti_fexible_bodydynamics:

Accordingtothesuspensionkeyhardpointvalueofacertaincar,frontdoublewishboneindependentsuspensionKinematicsmodelisbuiltasshownFigure1.Thecharacteristicsoflocationparametersareanalyzedinsomeoperatingconditions.Duringtheanalysis,axial,torsion,radicalstiffnessofrubberbushingisrespectivelyincreasingto5timesoforiginal,andthencomparisonandanalysiswiththeoriginal.
