Abstract--FrontdoublewishboneIndependentsuspensionisbuiltaccordingtohardpointparametersofacar.Aftertherubberbushingstiffnessoflowercontrolarmischanged.ThesuspensionperformanceisanalyzedanddiscussedwithmultibodydynamicandSuspensionKinematicstheory.Theconclusioncanbedrawnasfollows:

I.INTRODUCTION
Doublewishboneindependentsuspensioniswidelyusedonautomobilenow.Twowishboneshaveequallengthornot.EquallengthofdoublewishboneindependentsuspensionisNotusuallyusednow,Unequallengthofdoublewishboneindependentsuspensioncankeepgoodroadabilityandreducetheinterferencebetweensuspensionandsteerbar,withreasonablestructuralparametersandProperarrangementstomaketheparameterofwheelspinandwheellocationfloatinginPermissiblerange.therefore,itiswidelyusedinfrontsuspensionofcarandsmalltruck.Frontdoublewishboneindependentsuspensionisregardasresearchobjectusingmulti—bodydynamicsandSuspensionKinematicstheorytoanalyzeanddiscustheinfluenceofsuspensionperformancebyaxial,torsion,radicalstiffnessofrubberbushing.

Multibodydynamicstheoryisthesubjectthatstudyonthemovementruleoftheobjectinsystem.Itiscomposedofmulti_rigid_bodydynamicsandmulti_fexible_bodydynamics:

Accordingtothesuspensionkeyhardpointvalueofacertaincar,frontdoublewishboneindependentsuspensionKinematicsmodelisbuiltasshownFigure1.Thecharacteristicsoflocationparametersareanalyzedinsomeoperatingconditions.Duringtheanalysis,axial,torsion,radicalstiffnessofrubberbushingisrespectivelyincreasingto5timesoforiginal,andthencomparisonandanalysiswiththeoriginal.
