应组织有关人员进行一次技术检验，详细检查所有机械、电气，安全设施的情况，主要零部件的磨损程度，以及修配换装磨损超过允许值的和损坏的零部件。

Afteroneyeartheelevatorsbeinginuse,relatedpersonsshallbeassembledtomaketechnicaltests,includingtheelaborateexaminationofmechanical,electricandsafetydevicesandthedegreeofwearofmainparts,therepairandreplacingoftheexcessivewearparts.

一般应在三至五年中进行一次全面的拆卸清洗检查。

Athoroughexaminationshallbemadeinthreeorfiveyearsaftertheelevatorsbeinginuse.

使用单位应根据电梯新旧程度，使用频繁程度确定大修期限。

Usersshalldecidethethoroughrepairtimeaccordingtotheusingtimeandtheusingfrequencyoftheelevators.

1.4当设专人驾驶电梯时，应由有高度责任心，爱护设备，并熟悉掌握电梯使用特性的专职司机负责驾驶电梯。

Driversmusthavehighsenseofresponsibility,takegoodcareofdevicesandbefamiliarwiththecharacteristicofelevators.

1.5发现电梯有故障应立即停止使用，待修复并经仔细检查后方可使用。

Theelevatormustbestoppedoncefaultshappen.Beforetheelevatorisbroughtintouse,thefaultsshallberemovedandaelaborateexaminationshallbemade.

1.6在层门附近，层站的自然或人工照明，在地面上应至少为50勒克斯，以便使用者在打开层门进入轿厢时，即使轿厢照明发生故障，也能看清它的前面。

Thenaturalorartificiallightingofthelandingsinthevicinityoflandingdoorsshallbeatleast50luxatfloorlevel,suchthatausercanseeaheadwhenheisopeningthelandingdoortoentertheelevator,evenifthecarlighthasfailed.

1.7若电梯停止使用超过一周，必须先进行仔细检查和试运行后，方可使用。

Iftheelevatorshavestoppedforatleastoneweek,elaborateexaminationandtestrunshallbemadebeforereusing.

1.8电梯的故障，检查的经过，维修的过程，维修人员应在电梯履历表中作详细记录。

Thefaultsofelevators,theexaminingandmaintainingcourseshallbedetailedlyrecordedinthelogsoftheelevators

1.9电梯正常工作条件和电源电压，必须符合电梯技术资料中的规定。

Thenormalworkingconditionandvoltofthepowershallbeinconformitywiththeregulationsintheelevatortechnicaldocuments.

1.10电气设备的一切金属外壳，必须采取可靠的保护性接地。

Allmetalshellsoftheelectricequipmentsshallbeearthedreliably.

1.11机房内和各层门近处应设有灭火设施。

Thereshallbefireextinguishersinmachineroomsandnearlandingfloors.

2.安全操作规程Regulationsofsafeoperation

2.1每日开始工作前．将电梯上下行驶数次，无异常现象后方可使用。

Testrunningshallbemadedailybeforetheelevatorsstarttowork.

2.2电梯行驶中轿厢的载重量应不超过额定载重量。

Theloadincarsshallnotexceedtheratedload.

2.3乘客电梯不允许经常作为载货电梯使用。

Passengerelevatorsshallnotbeusedasfreightelevatorsfrequently.

2.4不允许装运易燃．易爆的危险物品。

Noinflammableandexplosivematterpermittedinelevators.

2.5当电梯使用中发生如下故障时，司机或管理人员区立即通知维修人员，停用检修后方可使用。

Whenthefollowingfaultshappen,thedriversormanagersshallinformthemaintenancepersonnelimmediately.Theelevatorsmayberestartedafterexaminationandrepair.

2.5.1层、轿门全关闭后、电梯未能正常行驶时；

Theelevatordoesnotmoveproperlyafterthelandingdoorandthecardoorclose.

2.5.2运行速度显著变化时；

Runningspeedchangesprominently.

2.5.3轿、层门关闭前，电梯自行行驶时；

Theelevatormovesbeforethelandingdoorandthecardoorclose.

2.5.4行驶方向与选定方向相反时；

Movingdirectioniscontrarytothegivendirection.

2.5.5发觉有异常噪音,较大振动和冲击时；

Abnormalnoise,violentvibrationandimpactarefound.

2.5.6当轿厢在额定载重量下，如有超越端站位置而继续运行时；

Theelevatorrunsoverthetopfloorwithratedload.

2.5.7安全钳误动作时；

Thesafetygearoperatesimproperly.

2.5.8接触到电梯的任何金属部分有麻电现象时；

Theelectricshockcanbefeltonanymetalpartsofelevators.

2.5.9发觉电气部件因过热而发出焦热的气味时。

Theelectricpartsgiveoffempyreumabecausetheyaretoohot.

2.6电梯使用完毕停用时，司机或管理人员应将轿厢停在基站，将操纵盘上开关全部断开，井将层门关闭。

Thedriversorthemanagersshallstopthecaratthemainfloorafteruse,andopentheswitchesoftheoperatingpanelandclosethelandingdoor.

2.7发生紧急事故时司机应采取下列措施。

Thefollowingmeasuresshallbetakeninemergency.

2.7.1当已发觉电梯失控而安全钳尚未起作用时．司机应保持镇静，并严肃告诫乘客切勿企图跳出轿厢，井作好承受因轿厢急停而产生冲击的思想准备。

Whenfindingthatthesafetygearshavenotoperatedinuncontrolledconditionofelevator,thedriversshallkeepcomposureandwarnpassengersnottryingtojumpoffthecar,andpreparementallyfortheimpactcausedbytheimmediatestop.

2.7.2电梯行驶中突然发生停梯事故，司机应立即掀按警铃按钮，并通知维修人员，设法使乘客安全退出轿厢。

Whentheelevatorstopsaccidentallyinrunning,thedrivershallpressthebuttonofalarmbell,andinformthemaintenancepersonnelandhelppassengersleavingthecarsafely.

在机房用手轮盘车，使电梯短程升降时，必须先将主电源断开，方可在机房用手轮盘车，使电梯短程升降，盘车前,应使用专用工具手动松闸。

在进行这一工作时，必须随时注意手动盘车与手动打开制动器之间的配合，以确保安全。

Beforehand-windingisused,themainpowerswitchshallbeoff,andalsothebrakeshallbeopenbyspecialtools.Toensurethesafety,personsshallpayattentiontothecooperationbetweentheoperationofthehand-windingandthebrake.

3.电梯的机房和井道管理

3.1机房应由维护检修人员值班管理．其他人员不得随意进入，机房门应加锁，并标有“机房重地、闲人免进”字样。

Machineroomshallbemanagedbythemaintenancepersonnelandshallbenotaccessibletounauthorizedpersons.Thedoorsofmachineroomsshallbelockedandanoticeshallbefixedwiththeinscription“Machineroom,Accessforbiddentounauthorizedpersons”

3.2机房内应保持整洁、干燥、无尘烟及腐蚀性气体，除检查维修所必须的简单工具外不应存放其它物品。

Themachineroomshallbekeepclean,dryandnofogandcausticgas.Noadditionalgoodsshallstoreinthemachineroomexceptforthenecessarytoolsformaintenance.

3.3当设有井道检修门时，则在检修门近旁应设有下列须知：

“电梯井道—一危险，未经许可禁止入内”Outsidethewell,neartheinspectiondoors,thereshallbeanoticestating:

“Elevatorwell—Danger,Accessforbiddentounauthorizedpersons.

3.4井道内除规定的电梯设备外，不得存放杂物，敷设水管或煤气管等。

Onlythenecessaryelevatorequipmentscanbefixedinthewell.Nowaterpipelineandgaslinepermittedinthewell.

3.5电梯长期不使用时，应将机房的总电源开关断开。

Themainpowerswitchshallbeoffiftheelevatorwillnotbeusedinlongtime.

3.6机房顶板设置的承重梁和吊钩上应标明最大允许载荷。

Themaxloadofthesupportingbeamofmachineroomandthelifthookshallbemarked.

3.7当机房内设有活地板门时，应设有永久可见的须知，向活地板门的使用者表明：

“谨防坠落—一重新关好活地板门”。

Incaseoftrap-doors,apermanentlyvisiblenoticeshallindicatetothoseusingthetrap-door:

“Dangeroffalling–Reclosethetrap-door”

4.紧急情况后的处理

4.l当电梯发生严重的冲顶或蹲底后，轿厢内的乘客应保持冷静，千万不可扒开轿门、跳出轿厢，这是非常危险的。

正确的操作应是：

利用轿厢内的通讯设施与外界取得联系，迅速派专业人员设法使乘客安全脱离电梯轿厢。

然后对该梯进行全面检修，寻找故障原因，必须将故障原因查明并派除后，方可使用。

Whentopovertravelandbottomovertravelhappen,passengersshallkeepcomposure.It’sverydangertopushasidethecardoorandjumpoffthecar.Theproperoperationforpassengersshallbe:

informtheelevatormanagersthroughthecommunicationtoolsinthecar,andleavethecarsafelywiththehelpoftheprofessionals.Thentheelevatorshallbethoroughlyexaminedandrepaired.Theelevatorcanberestartedafterthefaultsareremoved.

4.2当发生地震后；

微震和轻震对电梯的破坏不大，可是轿厢或对重的导靴有可能脱出导轨，或一部分

电线切断，此时开动电梯就可引起意想不到的事故。

Microseismandlightshockmaynotdodamagetoelevators,butaccidentsmayhappentotheelevatorsbecausetheelevatorsarestartedintheconditionofthederailmentofthecar’sorthecounterweight’sshoes,orthebreakofsomepartsofwires.

4.3发生火灾时；

根据火灾轻重程度不同，对设有可作消防员专用的电梯，将乘客运送到安全层站。

Accordingtothedegreeoffire,firemancanridefireliftstocarrypassengerstothesafetyfloorincaseoffirelifts.

在发生上述三种情况后，须经过有关人员严格检查；

整修鉴定后方可使用。

Afterthefire,theelevatorsshallbeexaminedstrictlybyprofessionals,andtheelevatorscanbereusedafterthenecessaryrepairsandtests.

5.维修保养细则Detailsofmaintenance

5.1维修保养注意事项Precautionsofmaintenance

非维修保养人员不得擅自进行维修作业，本电梯采用电脑控制系统，维修保养时应谨慎小心。

Themaintenanceshallbemadeonlybytheprofessionals.Thisproductadoptscomputercontrolsystem,andthemaintenanceshallbemadecarefully.

5.1.1电梯维修和保养时应遵守下列规定：

Thefollowingrulesshallbeabodeinmaintenanceofelevators.

5.1.1.l不得乘客或载货,各层门处悬挂检修停用的指示牌；

Nopassengersorfreightsallowed.Visiblenoticesshallbehangednearthelandingdoorstoindicatethattheelevatorisinmaintenancecondition.

5.1.1.2应断开相应位置的开关：

Openthecorrespondingswitch:

5.1.1.2.1在机房时应将电源总开关断开；

Themainpowerinmachineroomshallbeswitchedoff.

5.1.1.2.2在轿顶应合上检修开关；

Theinspectionswitchonthecartopshallbeswitchedon.

5.1.1.2.3在底坑应将底坑检修按钮箱的急停开关断开或同时将限速器张紧装置安全开关断开。

Theemergencyswitchinpitandthesafetyswitchoftensiondeviceofoverspeedgovernorshallbeopen.

5.1.1.3操作时应由主持和助手协同进行;

Theoperationshallbemadebymasterscooperatingwithassistants.

5.1.1.4操作时如需司机配合进行，司机要精神集中，严格服从维修人员的指令；

Ifthecooperationofdrivesisneeded,thedriversshallbeconcentratedandobeythecommandsofthemaintenancepersonnel..

5.1.1.5严禁维修人员站在井道外探身到井道内或在轿厢项或在轿厢地坎处轿厢内外各站一只脚来进行较长时间的检修工作。

Theactionsofleaningintothewellfromoutsideandstandingoncartoporonsillwithoneleginthecarandtheotheroutsidethecararestrictlyprohibited.

5.1.1.6严禁维修人员拉、吊井道电缆线，以防电缆线被拉断。

Theactionsofdraggingorpullingthecablesinwellarestrictlyprohibitedtoavoidthebreakingofthecables.

5.1.2维修保养时，使用的仪器要注意以下几点：

Payattentiontothefollowinginmaintenance.

禁止使用手摇式兆欧表,应使用电池式高压兆欧表，500V，内阻200K以上。

Usingsticktypemegohmmeterisstrictlyprohibitedinsteadofbatterytypehigh-voltmegohmmeter.
