Introduction简介

ThepresentdocumentisthefirstAnnexofthecoredocument“QualificationofEquipment”,anditshouldbeusedincombinationwithitwhenplanning,performinganddocumentingtheLiquidChromatography(LC)equipmentqualificationprocess.

本文件是《设备确认》核心文件的第一个附件,在液相色谱(LC)设备确认过程的规划、实施和文件编制中应与本文件结合使用。

Thecoredocument“QualificationofEquipment”containsthegeneralintroductionandtheLevelIandIIofqualification,commontoalltypesofinstruments.ThepresentAnnex1containsageneralintroductionandrequirementsforLC(HPLCandUHPLC)instruments.

核心文件“设备确认”包括一般介绍和所有类型的仪器共有的一级和二级确认。

本附件1包含了LC(HPLC和UHPLC)仪器的一般介绍和要求。

LevelIIIandIVqualificationsmustbecarriedoutbeinganISO17025requirement.

III级和IV级确认必须符合ISO17025的要求。

Requirementsand(ifapplicable)correspondingtypicalacceptancelimitsgiveninboldshouldbeapplied;howeverotherappropriatelyjustifiedapproachesareacceptable.

要求和(如适用)相应的以粗体显示的典型接受限度应适用;然而,其他合理的方法是可以接受的。

ExemplaryproceduresprovidedinAnnexeshavenon-bindingcharacter.Theycanbehelpfultocarryouttherequiredqualification.Nevertheless,itislefttotheprofessionaljudgementandbackgroundexperienceofeachOMCLtodecideonthemostrelevantprocedurestobeundertakeninordertogiveevidencethattheirLCsystemsareworkingproperlyandaresuitablefortheirintendeduse.

附件中提供的示范程序具有非约束性。

然而,每一个综合管理公司的专业判断和背景经验,决定采取最相关的程序,以证明其LC系统工作正常,适合其预期用途。

Moreover,combinedtestprocedurescanbeappliedtocarryoutLevelIIIandIVqualificationstocheckseveralparameterssimultaneously(e.g.“overall”systemperformancetestforpeakareaprecision,retentiontimeprecision,gradientreproducibility,etc.)

此外,可以应用组合测试程序进行III级和IV级确认认证,同时检查多个参数(例如,“整体”系统性能测试的峰面积精度、保留时间精度、梯度再现性等)。
