thaveanamethatithastoday.Butessentiallyresearchthatfallsuderorwiththefieldofpositivepsychology.Positivepsychologystudyingit,applyingtheideastomylifehasmademesignificantlyhappier,Itcontinuestomakemehappier,AndIrealizedtheimpactthatithadonmethatIdecidedtoshareitwithothers.
