辨析:
howfar与howlong
Howfar表示:
多远,用来询问距离,指路的远近。
Howlong表示,多长时间,用来询问时间,指时间的长短;也可表示“多长”,用来询问物体的长度。

(1)有具体的数字时,可与awayfrom连用,表示具体距离的计量,口语中away可省略。

5.Formanystudents,itiseasytogettoschool.对于许多学生来讲,上学非常容易。
“Itis+adj.+(of/forsb.)to+dosth.”意为“(对某人来说,)做某事是……的。
”其中it作形式主语,后面的动词不定式短语togettoschool是句子真正的主语。
英语中,当动词不定式短评或动名词作主语时,谓语动词通常用单数形式。
且动词不定式作主语时,常用it作形式主语,将动词不定式放在后面。
Eg:
Itiseasytogettoschool.=Togettoschooliseasy.到校是容易的。
It’squiteexciting_________me_________theInternet.
辨析此句中for和of
It’s+adj.+forsb.+todosth.中的for指“对……来说”,句中的形容词表示做这件事怎么样。
Eg;It’sdifficultformetospeakFrench.对我来说,说法语是困难的。
It’s+adj.+ofsb.+todosth.中的形容词是表示人的特点、性格或特征的。
Eg:
