Abstract

Theclutchistheimportantcomponentsinautomobiletransmissionsystem,themainfunctionistoachieveiscutoffandtheenginetothepowertransmission,guaranteedthattheautomobilestartssmoothly,ensuredrivesystemwhentheshiftworksmoothlyandlimitthetransmissionsystemtowithstandthemaximumtorque,preventthetransmissionsystemoverload.Diaphragmspringclutchisinrecentyearsinthevehicleandlightvehicleusedinaclutch,thetorquecapacityoflargeandrelativelystable,convenientoperation,goodbalance,canbemassproduction,andtheresearchonithasbecomemoreandmoreimportant.

Diaphragmspringclutchisinrecentyearsinthecarandlighttruckusedaclutch.Becauseofitsasapressurespring,canalsoplaytheseparationlevereffect,wherebytheclutchinordertosimplifythestructure,qualityreduction,andremarkablyreducetheaxialsizeofclutch.Secondly,asaresultofdiaphragmspringandpressurewiththecircumferentialcontact,sothatuniformdistributionofpressure.Inadditionduetothediaphragmspringwithnonlinearelasticproperties,itcanbeinthedrivendiscfrictionplateabrasion,springcanstillreliablytransferthetorqueoftheengine,withoutcausingslipawayfrom.Clutch,theclutchpedalmanipulationoflight,reducethelaborintensityofthedriver.Inaddition,becauseofthediaphragmisasymmetricparts,goodbalance,athighspeed,thepressingforcereducingrarely,buttheweekarrangedelasticclutchathighspeed,duetothecentrifugalforcewillgeneratetransversebending,springseveredrum,therebyreducingthepressureplatepressure,therebycausingtheclutchtotransmittorquecapacity.Ascanbeseen,forlightdiaphragmspringclutchdesignresearchfortheimprovementofautomobileclutchperformanceinallaspectshasveryimportantsignificance.

Asthehold-downspringcalleddiaphragmspring,ismadeofspringsteelstamped,with"

shapeofthetruncatedconeshapedthinwalldiaphragm,andthesmallendsurfaceonapluralityofradialgroove,toformanelasticlever,whiletheremainingslotscutendtruncatedconicalpartisaspringaction.Diaphragmspringarearrangedonthebothsidesofthesupportingring,andthelatterbymeansofafixedonaclutchcoversome(radialgroovescutinhalfnumberofrivetstoinstalllocation).Whentheclutchcoverboltfixedtotheflywheel,theflywheelclutchcovertotherearsupportring,diaphragmspringtogenerateelasticdeformation,theapexangleoftheconebecomeslarge,andevenalmostflatteneddiaphragmspring.Atthesametimethelargerendofthediaphragmspringpressureplatepressingforcegeneratedontheclutchisinthecoupling.Whentheclutchisdisengaged,theseparationbearingforwarddiaphragmspringpressurebeforethesupportingringasafulcrumofreversetaperedtransition,sothatthediaphragmspringaftertheshift,andbyseparatingthehookpullingthepressureshiftclutch.Diaphragmspringclutchhasmanyadvantages:

inaddition,thediaphragmspringandthepressureplateistheentirecircumferentialcontact,sothatthepressureuniformdistribution,goodcontactfrictionfrictionplate,uniform,easytoachievegoodventilationandcooling.
