Abstract
Theclutchistheimportantcomponentsinautomobiletransmissionsystem,themainfunctionistoachieveiscutoffandtheenginetothepowertransmission,guaranteedthattheautomobilestartssmoothly,ensuredrivesystemwhentheshiftworksmoothlyandlimitthetransmissionsystemtowithstandthemaximumtorque,preventthetransmissionsystemoverload.Diaphragmspringclutchisinrecentyearsinthevehicleandlightvehicleusedinaclutch,thetorquecapacityoflargeandrelativelystable,convenientoperation,goodbalance,canbemassproduction,andtheresearchonithasbecomemoreandmoreimportant.

Diaphragmspringclutchisinrecentyearsinthecarandlighttruckusedaclutch.Becauseofitsasapressurespring,canalsoplaytheseparationlevereffect,wherebytheclutchinordertosimplifythestructure,qualityreduction,andremarkablyreducetheaxialsizeofclutch.Secondly,asaresultofdiaphragmspringandpressurewiththecircumferentialcontact,sothatuniformdistributionofpressure.Inadditionduetothediaphragmspringwithnonlinearelasticproperties,itcanbeinthedrivendiscfrictionplateabrasion,springcanstillreliablytransferthetorqueoftheengine,withoutcausingslipawayfrom.Clutch,theclutchpedalmanipulationoflight,reducethelaborintensityofthedriver.Inaddition,becauseofthediaphragmisasymmetricparts,goodbalance,athighspeed,thepressingforcereducingrarely,buttheweekarrangedelasticclutchathighspeed,duetothecentrifugalforcewillgeneratetransversebending,springseveredrum,therebyreducingthepressureplatepressure,therebycausingtheclutchtotransmittorquecapacity.Ascanbeseen,forlightdiaphragmspringclutchdesignresearchfortheimprovementofautomobileclutchperformanceinallaspectshasveryimportantsignificance.
