[2]establishedtwolandclassificationsystem,making12aclassfromtheframeworkofthethreetypesofrestrictionsandself-contained,unifiedconstructionlandareasnolongerseemstoexist.
(LegalsignificanceofaconstructionlanduserightsTheauthorbelievesthatthischangedoesnotaffecttheimportanceof“constructionland”inthelaw,westillneedtoidentifywhichlanduseislandforconstruction.Constructionlandasthelandfortheconstructionoftheconstructionofobjects,structuresandotherhumanactivitiesplaceisthepossessionofthelandspace,use,differentfromtheagriculturalland,unusedland,andhaveimportantlegalsignificance:

TheauthorbelievesthattheLandManagementLaw,orland-useplanninglaw,youcanusevariousconstructionlanduserights(suchastheabovemergerofsixknownasconstructionlanduseright,constructionlanduserightcanbeabroadunderstandingoftherighttouselandforconstructionpurposes,butsuchabroaddefinitionofthemeaningofthePropertyLawisdoubtful.
Ingeneral,agriculturallandliquidity,manyrestrictions,andconstructionlandhasahighlevelofliquidity,thelimitisrelativelysmall,especiallytheconstructionlanduserightsandhousingtogethertoformasocietythemostimportantrealestateandcompletepropertyorcommercialpropertyform,andthustheconstructionlanduserightisthemainobjectoftheadjustmentofpropertylaw.
However,propertylawtodecidethenatureoftherights,power,construction,useofthisanddidnothavemuchimpact,thesignificanceoftheconstructionlanduserightsinthePropertyLawonlyuseclassification.Forexample,beforethe“PropertyLaw&

(2)providesforthepeasants’collectiveownershipoflandcanbesettotherighttouseconstructionland.[4]Clearly,thisprovisionhasnotgivenhowmuchofthemeaningofthePropertyLawintheconstructionlanduserightinruralland,andstillisthistocoverallnon-agriculturalconstructionlanduserighttouseanotherexample,&

PropertyLaw,isstilltheinitialthebeginning,themostcomprehensive,mostoperationalnorms.However,the“ProvisionalRegulations&
isnottherighttouselandforconstructionofsystemdesign,norevenasystemdesignbasedonthetheoryofpropertylaw.[9]Therefore,theconstructionlanduserightthebasisofstandardizationisstilllaggingbehind,andconstructionlanduserighttothelackofspecificationofthesystem.&
