Description
适用范围和人员：

所有进入公司生产区域的人员；

要求：
Requirements:
1、进入生产区域必须穿劳保鞋、戴安全帽；
1.Wearsafetyshoesandsafetyhelmetsfortheentrytoproductionareas;
2、头发束于安全帽内，穿衣做到“三紧”，不得穿短裤、背心或风衣等衣服进入生产区域；
2.Bindhairinsafetyhelmets,dresswithtightcollar,cuffsandhem,andnoshorts,waistcoatsordustcoatsetcfortheentrytoproductionareas;
3、进入喷漆、铆焊、危化品库房等有特殊要求的区域时，还应使用其他相应的劳保用品。
3.Useothercorrespondinglaborprotectionappliancesadditionallyfortheentrytoareaswithspecialrequirements,suchaspaintsprayingareas,rivetweldingareasanddangerouschemicalstorehousesetc.
高处作业人员；

1、使用前检查安全带的完好情况；

2、挂安全带的固定物必须牢靠；
2.Fixturesforhangingsafetybeltsmustbefirm;
3、正确穿戴，高挂低用，并保证随时至少有一个挂钩挂在可靠的物件上。
3.Fastensafetybeltsproperly,hangsafetybeltsathighpositionsbutusethematlowpositions,andguaranteethatatleastonehookishookedonreliableobjectsatanytime.
可能出现物体坠落的高处作业；

1、作业人员所使用的工具必须系安全绳或放在工具包内，防止滑落；

2、作业人员不得抛掷工具、物料等；
2.Operatorscannotthrowtoolsandmaterialsetc;
3、不得进行垂直交叉作业，作业下方设置警戒区域，并做好监管措施，禁止人员入内。

公司所有员工及外来人员；

1、现场工件应分类、整齐码放；

2、工件不得超高堆放，宜用工装进行固定；

3、工件在运输过程中，要绑扎牢固；
3.Workpiecesshallbeboundfirmlyduringtransportation;
4、工件垫物的高度应相同，且有足够的承载能力；
4.Underlayforworkpiecesshallbeatthesameheightandhasenoughbearingcapacity;
5、球形和圆柱、圆锥体工件应做好预防滚动的措施。
5.Measuresforpreventingrollingshallbetakenforspherical,cylindricalandconicalworkpieces.
从事《高危险作业许可制度》（HSE-WI-06）中规定的高危险作业时；

1、确定作业内容，进行危险性分析；

2、做好工作前的准备和安全防护措施；

3、各级审批人员检查安全措施，逐级签字确认；
3.Approversofalllevelschecksafetymeasuresandsignlevelbylevelforconfirmation;
4、开始作业，相应监管人员到现场做好监管工作。

须进入受限空间作业时（含作业人员和监护人员）；

1、在进入前应探测空间内的气体成分；

2、对空间进行通风，置换空间内的气体；

4、人员进入空间内作业要遵守安全操作规程，监护人员在外进行监护，不得离开，如空间内人员有任何异常，及时处理并且上报。

特种作业人员、特种设备操作人员、驾驶员等；

2、不得从事与证书规定的工种不符的作业；

1、接线、线路检修、电气维修等电气作业只能由电工完成；

2、在电气维修、设备检修时，在电源开关处应设置“禁止合闸”警示标识，并上锁或安排专人进行看管，防止他人误操作；

3、各类仪表必须完好，并定期进行校验；

2、司索、指挥人员在作业时，不得在吊物下穿行或者站在吊物下；

3、在架空线附近进行吊装时，与架空线的距离须大于安全距离。
