Writing部分先通过完成ReadingandVocabulary中的一个练习体会如何寻找并书写主题句。

再通过对一个段落的句子进行重新排序,使学生明确主题句在文章段落中的重要性。

最后要求学生练习写一个含有主题句的段落。

CulturalCorner部分是一篇详细介绍毕加索的文章,通过对他三个时期作品的介绍,使学生更加了解这位世界著名的艺术家。

Task部分是对本模块的一个复习与应用,要求学生小组活动,设计一个问卷,调查本班同学对艺术的看法,然后根据调查结果写出调查报告。

ModuleFile部分有助于学生对本模块学习内容进行归纳,对自己的学习进行总结和检验。

II.教学重点和难点。

1.教学重点

(1)掌握一些与介绍艺术家、艺术作品有关的词汇。

(2)学习动词一ing形式和todo形式做宾语、主语。

(3)学习表达“喜欢”与“不喜欢”等意见。

2.教学难点

(1)听懂介绍艺术家和艺术作品的有关信息。

(2)正确使用动词的一ing形式和todo形式做主语和宾语。

(3)学习介绍艺术家和艺术作品的短文和对话,获取有关信息及作者的观点,在阅读中学习新的词汇及短语。

(4)学会写主题句并能介绍自己喜欢或熟悉的艺术家和艺术作品。
