Jasonusedavarietyofmodesoftransportduringhisepicjourney,includingcycling,swimming,kayaking,andin-lineskating.HisroutetookhimwestfromBritaintotheUSAandthenontoAustralia,Asia,andAfricabeforereturningtoEuropefromtheeast.

inColradoJasonwasrunoverbyadrunkdriverwhilein-lineskatingatthesideoftheroad.Hespentsixweeksinhospitalannearlyhadalimbamputated.

Aswellassurvivingthecaraccident,Jasonwasrobbedandbeatenseveraltimesonhisjourney,chansedbyagiantcrocodileinAustralia,andarrestedbytheEgyptianmilitaryasasuspectedspy.Butonthewayhehasraisedmoneyfrochildren’scharitiesaroundtheworldaswellasdevelopinganeducationprogramforschoolchildrenbasedonhistravels.
