Theenrollment(注册)ofapupiltotheSchoolissubjecttotheSchool’sAdmissionandEntrypoliciesandotherpoliciesandproceduresrevisedbytheSchoolfromtimetotime.

4.Fees

SchoolFeesarelistedontheFeeScheduleandvaryfromtimetotime.Afullterm’stuitionmustbepaidforanytermduringwhichthepupilisinattendanceregardlessofthenumberofdaysattended.Iftuitionfeeshavenotbeenpaid,theRefundableDepositshallbeusedtopaythetuitionfeesandtheparents/guardiansremainresponsiblefortherest.TheSchoolreservestherighttoexclude(开除)apupiliftuitionorotherfeesarenotpaidinfullbytheduedate.

2.WithdrawalbyParent/Guardian

Ifaparent/guardiandesirestowithdrawachildforanyreasonfromtheschool,thatparent/guardianshallgiveaminimumofsixweekswrittenwithdrawalnoticetotheSchool.Noticereceivedduringaschoolholidaywillbeconsideredtohavebeenreceivedonthefirstdayofthefollowingterm.

3.RefundableDeposit(押金)

Whenapupilisofferedaplacetheparent/guardianshallimmediatelypaytherequiredRefundableDeposit.ThisistosecureenrollmentattheSchooluntilthetermlyorannualfeeshavebeenpaid.TheRefundableDepositisrefundable,andshallbewithoutinterestandwithouttakingintoaccountchangesinexchangerates.

5.Terminationbytheschool

Theschoolmayterminate(终止)thisagreementwhenpermanentexclusionorremovalisrequired.TheSchoolshallnottakesuchactionwithoutgoodcauseandfullconsultationwithparents/guardiansandthepupil.Parents/guardianshavetherighttoappealonadecisiontopermanentlyexcludeapupil.
