机场是航空运输发展的重要基础设施～也是城市的重要交通基础设施。

它对改善交通条件～促进资源开发～带动当地经济和社会发展具有十分重要的作用。

新中国成立60周年以来～特别是改革开放30周年来～我国民航快速发展～民航运输总周转量自2005年起～一跃居世界第二位～跨入世界民航大国行列～成就令人瞩目。

机场选址与城市发展并非“零和博弈”～合理规划～科学管理～同样可以实现二者“双赢”。

城市规划的协调性、对区域经济的带动效应以及对各相关产业的聚集效应等。
